We've been a marketing consultant of this company for several years now and it's been an exceptional experience. They're a true partner in their business relationships and they can be trusted. They treat their vendors with respect and kindness, but still challenge and drive us to deliver our best, which is very much appreciated. From the standpoint of vendor/supplier, I absolutely endorse this company. If they treat us this well, I can only imagine being an actual client is an even better experience.

Horrible customer service. Was new to the process of ordering labels for my company and was lost on where to start. Talked to Jessica and tried to give the details of what I was looking for. She was completely vague and unhelpful, and I'm assuming they are comission based because as soon and she saw it wouldn't place a big order at first she completely ignored my emails. I was interested in working with this company and she put me completely behind. Stay away from this place.

Terrible and unprofessional would not work there again.

Ordered labels from this company that were supposed to be custom designed to work for a specific product. Company produced labels that would not work for the intended purpose, and agreed upon a refund. Once time came to give a refund they refused to provide any compensation, or credit towards a new order or refund. I advise to stay away, far far away!
