I've had 2 pleasant auction experiences with Estate Solvers (as a bidder/buyer). The pickups were very organized and went smoothly. I also think they do a great job of describing the items within a lot. There weren't any major surprises when I purchased a couple of sets of china. I knew how many items were in the lot in advance (super helpful in planning on packing materials needed), and I knew the condition of those sets based on the descriptions. Sometimes the pictures posted online just aren't enough. Several other auction groups really live by the buyer beware principle ;), and I've been disappointed on pickups as I'm not always able to attend previews.
