A Better Inspector Review

Had a very pleasant and easy experience with them. The inspector I had name was John Hornbeck, he explained everything to me and answered all questions. He took his time to be thorough so he wouldn't miss anything. He was very respectful and courteous, one of the nicest people I have met. I highly recommend this company if you want an excellent inspection. Steve Wolfe I believe is the owner and was very easy to talk to and set up the appointment. I honestly have no complaints at all.

I liked absolutely NOTHING about these home inspectors! They said they couldn't fit in my attic, and couldn't fit in the crawlspace. They missed numerous serious issues that could have easily been found if they would have put forth the effort. They were clueless.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
It also took about a week to receive my inspection when I was told I would have it that afternoon!

Our inspector was honest and thorough. We are first time buyers and he really took the time to help explain everything to me. They also set us up with a binder for improvements we make. It was a nice touch.

They also gave me easy fix solutions for various things around my home, saving me time, energy, and money!; All for an affordable rate! If and when i ever decide to move, i will definitely use them again!

Steve Wolfe does as FANTASTIC job. He's so thorough and answers all of your questions during the home inspection. He even has you walk through with him during the inspection so you can see everything for yourself.

I didn't appreciate the inspector putting a big company sticker on my brand NEW electrical box at my home without permission. This is the buyer's inspector, not mine.
