Agent JOSHUA SHERMAN extremely ARROGANT RUDE & UNETHICAL
Offered to list my house for 5% than send me listing agreement asking for 6%. He wanted to literally STEAL MY HOUSE by telling me that my house is worth only 80-90K at the most - while I got estimates that house is worth about 150k. Joshua threatened that if I don't list house with him will leave my house key in mailbox so anyone can vandalize my house.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The agent we worked with was Ramsey Bryan she was so amazing. I highly recommend her too anyone. She was so helpful and sweet and kept us so informed every step of the way and answered every little or big question we had.

They knowing listed a property that did not have a clear title and wasted several hundred dollars and 2 months of our time. Their realtor Raquel Harbin is a liar and is currently selling a house that does not have a clear title.
