Ashley White was recommended to us by a friend. We met her on a Wednesday to discuss our needs for purchasing a new home. She was very professional, articulate, knowledgeable and a great listener. The next day, she sent us a list of ten homes that matched our initial criteria. We visited all ten on Friday of the same week. She had put together a very impressive and complete packet of information for each home. We liked one and wanted to make an offer. She sent the offer to the sellers on the same day. The following day, we had several rounds of offers and counter offers. Each time, Ashley was very efficient and coached us through the process utilizing her deep understanding of the local market and seller information. On Saturday evening we had an accepted offer, four days after we first met her. Ashley continued to be very efficient through out the process prior to the closing which was scheduled in three weeks. She orchestrated brilliantly between us, the sellers, the title company, and the inspector. Based on the inspector report, she identified qualified and good value contractors for the necessary repairs. She also helped us with identifying resources for the upgrades including tiles, carpets, painting, plumbing and air conditioning. The house was fully furnished when we purchased it. We didn t need the furniture and so Ashley made arrangements to have everything removed from the house right after the closing to be delivered to people in need. The closing was early in the morning and Ashley was there before we arrived. Because of her impressive attention for detail, the closing was painless and was over in fifteen minutes. We had one month to complete all the upgrades and move into our new home. Even though the closing was complete, she continued to check up on our progress and always offered her assistance in anything that had to be done. She had the opinion that her job wasn t over until we moved into our new house. She owned the whole process from beginning to end and she did that with smiles, confidence and professionalism. This agency handled my closing and referred a title company. A few months after the closing I received a large bill from the town for water and sewer assessments. I called the Remax office at 2326 Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral that handled my closing, This office told me the assessments were not due at the time of the closing.....However my title insurance report said the home had a clear title. Soon after this I visited the office to speak with a supervisor or manager. I was told that I signed a document (one of 30 or 40) that relieved the title company and Remax of any resposibility in this matter. Soon we will need lawyers for every closing because of this type of behavior. response: I had hoped for a response Sir, but maybe something more constructive than a denial. I have a stack of documents from your office to support my claim. I'm a bit taken back that you would challenge me on such a public forum rather than try to figure out what went wrong and fix it.... I understand now more thoroughly the actions of your staff. My closing date was 11/01/11. Good day sir

Had a horrible experience with Phil Derry. Do not recommend. He had s very limited vocabulary lower the price . He quickly did not want to deal with me, nor did I want to deal with him. Sold my house with a new agent and company in five days for a lot more than his recomended price.

DO NOT RENT FROM REMAX REALTY TEAM! Rented a home for 8 years. Everytime there was an issue that needed to be fixed they would raise the rent drastically. Finally AC went out and they raised the rent to the point where buying would be better. After 8 years of on time payments we asked to be let out of the lease 2 months early. We waited as close to the end of lease to find a house, bought a house from two remax agents and gave a 30 day notice. They are unwilling to work with us and the landlord to come to a settlement and unwilling to correct safety hazards. We placed a request during hurricane irma to cut the trees near the electrical pole. Never was cut and rats got in the attic. Now there is rat droppings in the attic they are not cleaning as well as the doors and windows will not lock. I am sorry to be so disappointed in a large company.

Donnie is a champion for his customers. Donnie went above and beyond for me as I was just "looking" a few months ahead to see what was there. Not only did I get to see the options but he was able to find "the one" on a trip together. Made an offer and we closed in a few weeks. Unethical realtor practices by Dean Mitchinson, who introduced himself to me as a property manager with ReMax to gain access to my home, then used a double closing through his own investment company, SARA Properties, for the purpose of skimming approx 23k off the top for himself, but most importantly, making my family of five HOMELESS 8 days before Christmas. I have documentation prove my statements.
