I was buying my first home and I with with another agent from another brokerage. They did not listen as to what I wanted. I met this Realtor Jason Grandon and from day one, the experience was incredible. Jason invited me to the Platinum Living Waterfront office. When I arrived, the lady at the front was so nice. She guided me to the office were there was a couple beverages and Jason was there ready to find me a home. I told him what I wanted in a home. Before starting he told me about Platinum Living Realty and how the agents are trained to "LISTEN" to clients. He then asked me questions other Realtors never asked. He wanted to know my hobbies and what me and my family did for fun. He explained various areas and to my surprise, I found my dream home in Aviano. I thought for sure I wanted my family and I to be in South Scottsdale. Im so grateful to Jason and his expertise. I love my home, my neighbors and my community. He also recommended hosting multiple open house events as frequently as our schedule would allow. We took his advice and had our home professionally staged resulting in a beautiful, fresh update. He arranged for professional photographs to be taken and and a schedule of open house events to be held.

We were so impressed with our listing. The photographs presented our home beautifully, and the description was comprehensive - we felt our listing surpassed those of other homes in our area. Keith's knowledge of what it takes to sell a home combined with his hard work and outgoing personality resulted in us getting an offer 14 days after we put in on the market at a price above the asking price.

Throughout the closing process Keith's positive attitude and ability to negotiate helped us stay on track and keep us motivated. He was exceptional in his communication, follow up, expertise and commitment to ensuring we met our goals and had a positive experience.

Professionalism and a high level of care is important from your broker however at a level that Jay & Michelle have taken it to is unheard of! You will notice the second you walk into any office, there are no short cuts or expenses held back. The atmosphere is setup for our clients to know they will be well treated. Include the level of coaching, lead generation tools, and knowledge from our broker and success in inevitable (if you show up).
