So obliging and helpful!

I received Phil's number as B&D door's emergency contact over the Christmas period.

I cannot thank him enough! Phil answered my call on Christmas night, took time away from his family to Facetime me and try and see the problem with the garage door I was experiencing.

Phil was so kind and helpful, spent 20 minutes trying to help me over the phone. To no avail, he drove out a few days after Christmas to fix a problem that only took 10 seconds.

I am very grateful Phil - thank you not only for your professionalism but outstanding customer service!

We had a B&D Icon Panelift door installed five months ago by 89 in Willeton. Our experience with 89 and B&D has been nothing but good. Damen's management was excellent by way of assessing our needs and guiding us through the selection process, and the measurement and installation by Mike was to a high standard. There were only a couple of very minor issues as a result of an oversight but other than that the entire process was professional. We have no hesitation recommending 89

Out of all the quotes we received, we thought the quote from 89 was very competitive and we were very happy with the service and any questions or issues we had were answered promptly. The installers of the door were excellent.

I wanted a replacement lock, was told $85, I thought that seemed expensive.
Same genuine item bought from Eastern States, delivered to the door $50.
I don't mind paying a bit extra, but was shocked at the difference, especially when I was a return customer.

UPDATE.....After a comedy of many errors my door is finally installed and is working very well several days after the said install date. I must admit the door has been installed to a very good standard. Also the manager was very regretful that my job was mishandled and done his best to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

Great team, very friendly , came for urgent task and solved it in half an hour . Highly recommended

Our garage door broke and we didn't realise til the evening, sent an email to have repairs done the next morning as had an appointment. They called me first thing in response to my email and all was fixed before 10am. Friendly staff, quick and efficient service.

My beautiful new door was installed today by Mike, I am completely in love! Cannot fault the whole team at 89's. Anthony, Anne, Darlene, Mike and all of the team are absolutely fantastic and would recommend to colleagues and friends. Service, quality, and price all exceptional! Thanks again guys!

Good service

Most disappointed with the telephone service I received when inquiring about a new door quote. Rude, brash and felt like I was wasting their time. Have used them in the past but will never again and certainly won't recommend.

We damaged our old Centurion garage door and called 89s for a quote. Damen came out the same day and talked us through the B&D range and sent us a quote straight away. New B&D door not only looks great but is so much quieter and smoother than our old door. It was installed professionally by Russell who talked us through the operation and gave instructions on setting up the smartphone feature of the door. We couldn't be happier with our new door and the service and professionalism shown by the staff at 89s. Thanks guys.

From my initial phone conversation with receptionist Lesley, Damen the salesman, through to Russell who installed my door, my experience was very positive. My garage door was the victim of an errant driver and I had to organise the replacement. I will wholeheartedly recommend the lovely people of 89's to anyone in need of new or replacement. First timer customer, phone reception were great and informed me on pricing and what to expect with no hidden costs. Tradesman was great and professional and gave me a good rundown once job was complete. Will use this company again for my garage door servicing in future and highly recommend.

After many months and run around by so many people with my B&D Door it was 89s that came to the rescue and fixed my issue with the smartphone device on my automatic garage door. Nichola was fantastic and able to solve issue and get all the information, she normally does deal with repair and support! Dont go any where else just go to 89s and speak to Nichola.

The most prompt efficient service I've received from any company. Rang with an emergency need to fix door on a Saturday morning and they assisted over phone and had a technician out by late morning.

Theives, multiple call outs for the same issue, blame a 2 year old motor replace runners and charge a service fee, 2 months later having tracking issues so they charge AGAIN for a call out and a second service. Would NEVER recommend this lot!

Recently built a new house and had these guys install their garage doors into our home. Super happy with the fast and reliable service and team installing leaving me to not worry about the others things that had to be done!

Received 2 invoices for 1 job. The second one 5 days after the first with a higher call out fee. No communication. Rude and unprofessional when questioned.
Cannot recommend. Look elsewhere.

Scheduled for 7:30, the tradesman showed up 6:55 in the morning!
After first visit ,reschedule for sencond visit for a new motor, waited and called. Turned out the job wasn't approved from house agency.

It doesn't seem the staff whoever answered the called first is trained properly with the phone manner except a lady called Nina.

And I probably writing this for nothing as I don't think they will care about reviews!!

not happy with service, within a week issue is back where I have been charged 190$ , when I call them second time they suggested me to replace the door if that's the case why would they suggest first time itself

89's Garage Doors was prompt and extremely helpful- id had an issue with my garage door for a few months and just needed someone to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I called the office to query my problem, the young ladies that i spoke to were friendly and tried to help me sort the problem- due to my door being in a bad state they sent out one of there fantastic technicians out the following day. He soon had my door up and running again. So happy with their work would recommend them to anyone that has any issues with there garage door or even a new installation.

Asked for a quote to have my door services. On arrival was told they couldnt service it but sprayed oil to help it work better (with success mind you) and then charged me the quoted price of a full service. I felt very ripped off.
