Absolutely the most unethical company I've done business with. As a tenant, basic rights were violated, including the right to be informed of toxic pollution on the property (radon gas). Todd (of Remax) handled our deposit refund in a manner that can only be described as criminal: After leaving the house completely clean and free of damage and belongings, fictitious charges were piled onto the bill resulting in hundreds of dollars in stolen money from the original deposit. In addition, PG Rentals/Remax violated their own lease by showing the property for sale without permission from the renters on at least 3 occasions. Simply put, prepare to get ripped off when doing business with these folks.

Please don't buy/sell any houses from Timmy Duggan that he will NOT follow through with the languages in your contract and the house will NOT be ready by the closing date for you to move in!!

PG Rentals sold the house we were renting WHILE we were still living there. We had 2 months of constant showings, mostly on nights and weekends which was a huge inconvenience. The last month was filled with contractors going in and out fixing up the house. Did they compensate us for any of it??? They said we might get $100 back on our deposit, However, we moved out for over a month ago and they still won't tell me the results of the walk through or how much of the deposit they will be keeping. PG Rentals keeps hiding behind legalese. My point is that the walk through happend 5 weeks ago, just tell me the results! It might well be that a big portion of their revenue stream is screwing folks out of their deposits. I have before and after videos, and will probably be taking them to small claims court and reporting the to the better business bureau. Dealing with PG Rentals was a lesson in how few rights a renter has in their eyes and how many hidden revenue streams they get from renters that are not up front when you sit down and sign the contract.

I worked with both Janet and Brady over the course of about a year and the were both fantastic! We put several offers down between the two of them, and recently had an accepted offer on a house in Denver. They were both extremely patient, and knowledgeable of the Boulder/Denver area. Would highly recommend them, and use either of them again!

Escrow services are poor. For return of escrow, i was simply left a voicemail that i could pick up my check at reception. They refused to wire or fedex the check. My real estate agent had to step in to help.

Didn't fulfill all the contingencies by the due date. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Never want to deal with this businesses again.

Re/max thrives well in real estate business, because they love matching their customers with houses of their dream. I called them, my family members.as they said; a friend's in hand is better than a far relatives. I recommend them to you all....You will be amazed you did your housing search with RE/MAX BOULDER..
