IVF New England staff were so helpful and so kind especially when I needed it the most. The facility and treatments are best of the best. The staff felt like family! We will be forever grateful to them for giving us our twins!

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Pauli and the entire Boston IVF staff! They answered all of our questions and gave us hope that we would be able to have a biological child of our own. We were fortunate enough to conceive our son William on our first fresh IVF cycle. He brings us so much joy. We are forever grateful to Boston IVF for bringing him into our lives!
From the moment we met Dr. Pauli and his team, we knew whatever the outcome of our journey, we would be well cared for. The compassion everyone here has for their patients is undeniable- this is one of the only Dr.'s offices where I know I will receive a warm and genuine voice on the other end of the phone for scheduling, nurse calls, etc. We never felt rushed into making any decisions, and their ability to teach us about the IVF process along the way was invaluable, which was a major contributing factor to our success. This team was a blessing to find, and we now have two healthy, beautiful babies because of their care.
IVF New England couldn't have been a better place for us to go on this journey. The doctors and staff were amazing, easy to talk to, explained things clearly and thoroughly and were very accessible. We would definitely go back to this practice again. Thank you IVF New England for all the amazing work you do!
IVF NEW ENGLAND was so wonderful to work with. The staff are so caring and although our journey was a long one we feel so blessed to have had the support and care that we did. Our daughter is almost 20 months and we wouldn't have her without IVF New England.
I'm very surprised to read some of the negative comments about RSC (now IVF New England). We had a great experience with Dr. Pang and the rest of the staff - Linda, Paula, Ann, etc. I agree that they may be very serious sometimes and not always "warm and fuzzy"...but they are doing serious work and I always felt they were honest with us and gave us all the information we needed to make the best decisions (even if the information was sad and hard for us to hear)...they don't sugarcoat things - which we appreciated. We welcomed our beautiful son into the world in October, 2015. Couldn't be happier with IVF New England. We will be using them again for baby 2.
Seen Dr. Pauli. Although he is a knowledgeable physician, our experience with Boston IVF significantly missed the *human connection*.
We went through a strenuous medication period that emotionally (and financially) wearied us out, but didn't see the compassion, sympathy or support that we much needed. Not from our doctor and definitely not from the staff. The staff is unfriendly and unsympathetic, and definitely not reachable. Nearly all of our phones were forwarded to answering machines. After an embryo transfer and pregnancy test, we were told *through a voice message* that the result was negative. Our doctor didn't call nor did any other staff member. Only a text message. Our doctor appointment to *discuss the results* was scheduled to a date 2 months later.
If you want to be treated as a number with robotic unsympathetic faces than Boston IVF is for you. . Otherwise I'd suggest another facility.
Final note: Be aware that they won't do any procedure if you have open balances with them (they're very blunt about it).
If you are an older couple don t waste too much time here. Was told after four cycles to use a donor egg. Thank god we didn t listen to the physician we saw at RSC in Providence. Fertility solutions looked outside of the box and individualized a protocol based on what didn t work. Am a mother today because of them.
Boston IVF/ IVF NE is amazing! They helped us to conceive our first child and we are currently working with them again for our second. Everyone we have contacted with from the nurses, doctors, techs have been wonderful. They make an emotional difficult time a bit less stressful, as they are compassionate and understanding.
