Re/Max On the Lake is so helpful. Their agents are top notch and very tech savvy. Everything can be paperless! Who doesn't like that? Constant communication is convenient too. They are quick to respond (through phone, email, anything!) and they have an answer to everything. Very nice office staff and they get things done with no hassle. Wonderful place to do business with, I would recommend them again and again.

I have worked with Rita on the purchase and sale of at least 3 properties over the past 15 years. In addition, Rita has helped several people in my family purchase homes and also spent her valuable time just giving advice to several other family members of mine. I love working at Re/Max On The Lake! Not only is the staff eager to help us whenever we ask, but the owner and designated broker, Matt Van Winkle, is always there to support us with his legal and practical expertise. I love our monthly Legal Roundtables. I love the fact that when one of us asks for a form or an app to make our lives easier, Matt takes notes and gets it done. I love the fact that Matt is continuing to create systems and events to keep us cutting edge. In a market as changeable and demanding as today's real estate market, we need a leader who has our backs and is looking to make his offices the best around. I think he's doing a pretty good job at it.

The atmosphere just feels different- fresher, friendlier, and yet totally professional. It's really rare to find an office that feels as bright and welcoming when you step in the door. Real Estate can get complicated and messy, but they made things simple and easy to understand. A total breath of fresh air.
