I love working at Re/Max On The Lake! Not only is the staff eager to help us whenever we ask, but the owner and designated broker, Matt Van Winkle, is always there to support us with his legal and practical expertise. I love our monthly Legal Roundtables. I love the fact that when one of us asks for a form or an app to make our lives easier, Matt takes notes and gets it done. I love the fact that Matt is continuing to create systems and events to keep us cutting edge. In a market as changeable and demanding as today's real estate market, we need a leader who has our backs and is looking to make his offices the best around. I think he's doing a pretty good job at it.
