I would like to take the time to acknowledge my property manager Roberta Anton we have been with her for over 9 years and she has met our every needs. When we have had a concern she has helped us very quickly. She will communicate with you to make sure what was needed had been completed. A week ago our AC went out she made sure we got it serviced and up and running by the next day. I have and will continue to recommend her. Thanks Roberta for being my Property Manager!!!

This is by far one of the best realty groups I've ever dealt with. We're renters currently and couldn't have hoped better people. They're prompt, always available, and so kind. When we're ready to buy, we will be using them too.

We rented from Re/Max for over 3 years and had Fran as our property manager. Whenever we had a problem, it was promptly taken care of. It also helped that the homeowners were good people and approved all things that needed to be done. I highly recommend Fran...she's one of a kind!!

I must say Roberta Anton has been our property manager for over 12 years and she has always been very professional, and pleasant to have as our property manager. We just recently had a AC outage in the middle of the night she was able to get in contact with someone and they were able to come out the same night. You are Awesome Roberta!!

As long term tenants of a home managed by this office, we had a very positive experience.

The home we rented was very well kept, nearly new and was spotless when we arrived.

We had an especially good working relationship over the years with our property manager, Fran Godschalk! Fran was always very professional, responsive and attentive to our needs/concerns if anything came up regarding the home. You knew Fran was working to maintain the home well for the owners, while also attending to whatever we needed addressed as the tenants.

The online portal for payments and submission of maintenance requests really made living there easy to manage. Maintenance requests were always dealt with in a timely manner which was a great relief! Upon move out, we were given clear and detailed instructions on the condition in which we needed to leave the property. (Also appreciated having some suggested cleaning vendors - made my job a lot easier since I was busy moving!) Because we did what was asked, our deposit was returned to us quickly with no issues.

We could easily recommend renting through this office.

Poor experience with this company!
As a realtor, it s crucial to stop showing a home and update MLS once an offer is accepted. One of their agents did not do so and wasted our time viewing a home, running a credit check and submitting an offer. Our realtor and our time was wasted due to this negligence.
