As long term tenants of a home managed by this office, we had a very positive experience.

The home we rented was very well kept, nearly new and was spotless when we arrived.

We had an especially good working relationship over the years with our property manager, Fran Godschalk! Fran was always very professional, responsive and attentive to our needs/concerns if anything came up regarding the home. You knew Fran was working to maintain the home well for the owners, while also attending to whatever we needed addressed as the tenants.

The online portal for payments and submission of maintenance requests really made living there easy to manage. Maintenance requests were always dealt with in a timely manner which was a great relief! Upon move out, we were given clear and detailed instructions on the condition in which we needed to leave the property. (Also appreciated having some suggested cleaning vendors - made my job a lot easier since I was busy moving!) Because we did what was asked, our deposit was returned to us quickly with no issues.

We could easily recommend renting through this office.
