Rich Adamski advertised a home as new construction with a 10 year warranty, upon attorney review it was discoverd by builders attorney it was NOT new construction and no warranty it was actually a rehab! Adamski e mislead and committed fraud, filed a compliant with the Assoication of Realtors, stay far away from this broker. He stated via email he " did no know the difference between new construction and rehab" LMAO, is that who you want representing you in a transaction? Currently pursuing legal action against him and his office!
