Donna Elder is a fantastic agent and the consummate real estate professional. She's hardworking, honest, and extremely knowledgeable with great judgment. I purchased an investment property a few years whereby she was the seller's agent. I was so impressed with her that I used her to sell the same property soon thereafter because of a horrible tenant. She found a buyer in less than a week despite it being a poor market for sellers. I recently used her to purchase a second home condo, but was struck with buyer's remorse a day before closing and informed her that I didn't want to go through with the purchase. She was empathetic and did not try to pressure me to close despite the prospect of losing a commission. She was ultimately able to work out satisfactory terms for the purchase and provided excellent referrals for a plumber, electrician, and handyman.
