Don t go with kimbrough team. Bought 2 houses from her and her team, when I went to sell she said I could only get X amount of money. Another realtor sold it for 40k more. Now that I m looking to sell and buy again, I was told I m not wasting my time on you, you didn t use me last time, no thanks I don t want your business. I absolutely do not support her business, I own a business and I would not do this to any customer. Word of mouth is huge and I m going to spread the word.

So yeah besides that the company is great. Working with a new person now and I m being treated great.

We had a great experience with our Broker Associate Carrie St.Clair, part of the Janice Burtis Team.
Their professionalism and responsiveness were 5 Srar throughout the whole process.

Realtor grilled me for 2 minutes for not calling and confirming our appointment that was scheduled by email and comfirm by email a day prior to our tour of a property.

I felt like I had had enough of her grilling me and asked her if she was done.

I left and haven't been able to reach anyone in the office at Remax4000 and have sent 4 email waiting for a response. No one has responded.

Anjelica with Remax 4000 return my call and left a message I immediately called her back with a message to call me back and she hasn't tried me back since. It's been over 2 weeks.

I did get a review responds so you good people reviewing them look like they are trying to resolve the issue, but it all a show.

Mandy Rush is amazing!!!! If it wasn't for her our home purchase would have fell through. Mandy went above and beyond when our lendor let us down multiple times. She was able to rally and get things fixed even after we had all but given up. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

Shelly Ramos helped me find my first home and she ll probably help me find my second (when I need it) because she is superb!! She knows the market and she makes herself available to look at houses on your schedule and pace. No pressure, no strings, just a genuinely nice human being.

I reached out ReMax4000 several time to get a tour of a property. The 8 emails later we confirmed a time and date. The emails I received was not very friendly. Like they were annoyed I was asking about a property.

I showed up early and confirmed with an email prior to us meeting at the house that we were going to touring. The lady was on my case 2 minutes for not returning her call that morning to reconfirm my appointment before the confirm appointment.

I was treated with no respect.

Why does this women think she can treat people like she does.
I didn't inconvenience her. I showed up and was early and ready to go through the property.

If you can be rude remax 4000 you should be able to handle someone being rude back.

Funny, they want me to comfirm with a phone call but they don't answer the phone or return messages.
