Not so sure about this bank, so many name and owner changes in the past couple of years

Unstable appearance over time; used to be RBTT, after that RBC and now this...

Worst bank I ve done business with. ZERO Customer Service. I m not sure if they even know what that means. To Management: You should be EMBARRASSED. Do something about your service!!! I have to literally wait 30 minutes while listening to your stupid annoying song and then the connection automatically disconnects. And on top of that this has been going on for yearssssss!!!

Very bad experience with rbl a.d. jagernath lachmonstr. Had to take credit there and the person who had to help me (a Javanese age lady) spoke torie here and there. After waiting for 1 hour I went to Bali to ask if I will ever have a turn. Fortunately that bali lady was not so casual and the person asked me to help. Because I was the only person who had to go to her. But I had to wait 1 hour.

Service very bad present 3 hours on the couch seated to address on the kernkampweg.taken should be better distributed so the client does not have to wait so long for something that can be handled in 10 minutes. Am very disappointed.

The ATM to withdraw US dollars is broken and the tellers will not give US dollars from an international account.
