Have found Mikayla from accounts to be very a very efficient staff member who is a great asset to the Ray White Team.

I came back after 1 and half years in my house on the Gold Coast, after being relocated to Europe. my health has been very poor unfortunately for many many years, this said before my return I wanted to make sure everything was fine as I couldn't physically and mentally afford to go into a house with problems and I wasn't able to do 'normal' things. As such I communicated this via email to the agent. We would have been happy to pay more in order for me to find the house ready, but they never communicated any of the issues I am raising below.
On my return I found that:
- the agent never took photos of the property between the 2 tenants;
- I took photos before leaving but she contested them;
- we paid a gardener once a month but apparently no one told him to clear the gutters and the drains causing -
the garage to flood (which another professional reported to them but they ignored it) and we told the agency t hat we paid a gardener for general maintenance but they claim it is was our responsibility from Europe to do
that; HA!
- Some TREES died and many other plants were cut from the base of the vase to let them died and no one told us;
-we paid a pool maintenance person every month for our peace of mind but between their last visit and the tenants moving out, the pool was full of mould, part of the filter bucket broke and the vacuum head wasn't working; they never paid for this either
-there were many items damaged of which they only paid for a smashed cabinet after I showed them, they never mentioned it;
-some items were taken from the house and they never realised it and when I asked I was even doubted that it was true, had to fight to get them back.
-when the house was flooding inside because of the gutters never cleaned (even though my husband gets a reminder for our other properties from the real estate to clean the gutters but they claim its not routine maintenance) ) I had to go on a ladder my self under the rain in the middle of the night, and hurt my shoulders rotators cuffs; I had to go to physiotherapy etc etc after and the pain was unbearable;;
I was supposed to come back home and just rest and get my bedrooms updated then away and instead I spent my days waiting for plumbers, gardeners, real estate managers who never turned up (yes she promised to come on an email then denied it to avoid me), cleaners, etc etc in extremely poor health conditions, a disability and in pain.
-the kitchen sink was leaking water and they charged me for the plumber's bill
Everything is documented via email, J the agent and her boss C ignored me and treated me rudely and with disrespect, blaming the pool company Poolwerx which always served us very well and even offering us to change company. and the gardener who wasn't aware of anything and was too busy for me.
I contacted Angus Mead at the head quarters and feedback and he said he could not do anything after I told him that I have more emails to show him but I was stuck at home with no internet, waiting for workers for the real estate, he ignored it completely saying all I could do is go to court or speak to fair trade dismissing additional correspondence.
I now have a damaged roof, ceiling, wall. cornice, entrance and have to deal with builders and roof plumbers at my own expenses. the bricks outside are falling off the stairs even though a report is showing that we paid to fix it.
I have a report that proves what caused it and yes thanks to RAY WHITE Surfers Paradise who I paid for offering me a disservice and even teased me and treated me like a poor idiot only because I have an accent and I am not feeling well.
As mentioned I have emails, photos, videos, receipts as they only gave us back about $400 for a few things and denied everything else was their responsibilities, and that's after debiting us instead of crediting us as she doesn't know the difference.
How would you like to leave your property in their hands? Surely I will not sell my house or any of the pther family's properties with them. PFFFFTTTTT

Amber approved her strength with her professionalism, motivation, efficiency, cautiousness and positive response to what must be a very challenging, thankful jobs.

They're very unprofessional & corrupt! Don't get me started about the under-handed tactics I'd to endure despite being a good tennant-I couldn't help some bad circumstances I'd encountered(with my co-tennant)but that gave them no excuse to"kick me when I was down" & mislead details so I'd to take them to court to rightfully win my bond back!! Not worth renting through so I'd avoid buying off them too!! In my experience,NEVER going to rent again @ Ray White-beware to people who ever consider going to this company who are not what they make out to be re their advertising.When moved in,there excuse for leaving deceased cockroaches on the floor was as we'd to move in earlier-thanks to the OTHER shonky real estate kicking us out earlier re selling the unit was after the pest control did their work"we didn't have time to clean them up"..as the other review rightfully said how useless are they!

Have had an amazing experience with Katrina Caldwell from RWSP. I settled 2 properties in Southport but the original PM i engaged was taking ages to rent them out and not keeping me across the progress. Made a tough decision to terminate and engage Katrina and she got both rented out within 2 weeks and just before Xmas as well! Super happy i made the switch!

Family member moved into a rental , no clean was completed on property at all, previous tennants clothes were still in the dryer, mold on carpet and a range of things wrong.

I was so impressed with Holly's followup. Since moving from Sydney to the sunny Gold Coast recently I've not found many people who care to followup from the Property Real Estate Rentals and let alone offer any level of customer service. The past month as been a nightmare for my human buddies, inspections on top of inspections, having to cope with the rudeness of some real estate agents (hint: maybe you should start coaching them), landlords that are willing to take the coin but expect the future tenant to do a bond clean on the property and like one agent said when the question was raised about holes in the wall and her answer was You can hang a picture over it , what a rush of fresh air when we finally met you and your professionalism and duty of care towards our human buddies. I and the rest of the gang would highly recommend Stevie Owens & RWSP to tenants and property owners. Based on our experience, I would be happy to employ their services in the future. Thanx STEELE.

As an ex-agent I cannot warn people away from RWSP and Ray White generally enough. About 3% of the RE industry and agencies are ethical - this is not one of them. Sales meetings every week teaching their agents how to condition their sellers to dropping their price, how to pinch listings off other agents ... I was with them for 2 years until I was poached and moved to a much nicer and classier operation. I'm no longer in real estate as I've changed careers and am an advocate for sellers and buyers to clean up this rotten industry. RWSP is a shocking example of a smoke and mirrors industry that would, for the most part, sell its own grandmother without a second thought. My advice is to seek out the smaller agencies on the Gold Coast and stay away from the McDonalds chains like Ray White to whom you are just a number and a commission cheque.

As interstate property owners frequent, good communication is most important. RWSP has been very good through Charmaine Lawrence. The owner's portal has been a great innovation and the monthly newsletter is most informative too.

Jayde is fantastic. She is always quick to respond to any queries I've had. She is extremely professional and joyful to deal with. Any issues I've had with maintenance have been addressed immediately. She is a great asset to the business. I have found that any staff I deal with at Ray white are extremely professional and pleasant. Jasmine is also a delight to deal with. She acts promptly to requests, is extremely helpful and has a happy bright personality. I highly recommend this team.

I wish to comment Alison McCabe of Ray White Property Services for her diligence and professionalism in managing my property in Labrador. All issues regarding the maintenance of the property and managing the tenancy are dealt with quickly and courteously and I am kept informed. I was impressed on a number of recent occasions recently where I thought Alison's work was exemplary. They were on March 30 when the Cyclone Debbie aftermath hit the Gold Coast, she contacted me regarding a leaking roof with reassurance that the matter was being looked after; In May when I inspected the property she spent a good deal of time discussing issues with myself and the tenant and over the last few months she has liaised with the Body Corporate Manager to resolve a sewer problem. I have complete confidence that my property is being looked after thanks to Alison.

Leasing out my property for the first time, I wasn't too sure what to expect. I dealt with Georgie Ziedan from Ray White and she helped me lease it out in the smoothest way possible! Making it easy for busy people like my self, The service was great. Highly recommended :)

I've rented numerous properties for 6 years with a bunch of different real estate agencies. when you do compare real estate companies your already at a low level but this joint takes the cake! i feel sorry for whoever has anything to do with this mob, never have i experienced such disregard and laziness, as well as complete arrogance and negligence and just bad communication in the workplace. A tip for anyone who has found themselves balls deep with this company: Record everything and keep calling till you get through to them, remember they are in real estate so talk slow!!!!!

I wish i had never dealt with this company, the agent lost complete interests in my property, opened it when everyone had gone home, chose the wrong time for inspections, above all failed to conduct a proper inspection after the tenant had left, hence did not clean the property to rental standard. when an applicant was in the ray white office the agent did not take a holding deposit (it was the only tenant applying after 2 months on the market for rental) as soon as i changed agent my property miraculously was rented. this really shows that when one wants one can. Raywhite was absolutely USELESS cannot say that enough USELESS!!! Thats right a really drama in waiting for anyone to use the rental service of this agent. Look elsewhere think again.

Very poor post sale communication. We were assured we would receive all relevant information to continue with a council claim regarding a broken and cracked driveway but once the sale had gone through our messages and calls were dodged..

Fabulous service, from the moment I put in my application, I was informed of the progress of my application regularly. Very easy to communicate with especially with myself and my family being deaf, there was no hesitation on communication. All communication was via texts, emails, written notes, easy to lipread and even they informed tradespeople to text me too. Made my life so much easier. I would recommend the property management team especially Rebekah, Bernadette and Melissa anytime. I am in no hurry to leave the agency and will remain with them onwards.

Having only just rented through Ray White Property Group, I have to commend their attention to detail to resolve any concerns and issues. Charmaine, especially, has followed through on any minor jobs and has stayed in touch with me. I have actually felt that my tenancy is important to them. Great job guys, thanks again.

We have been renting through Holly for almost 2 years now and this is our second property. I recommend her and her team above any real estate we have dealt with. They helped my family secure the perfect properties hassle free and with out playing the waiting game. One time even drove out to deliver a set of keys to my door when we got locked out. Professional and easy real estate to deal with always making sure maintenance is up to date thank you for being the best on the coast!!

Had three different confirmations advising of viewing time being at 1415 only to drive over 40 minutes to have no one at the property! I call to ask what is happening and am told that it was at 1400!!! Why was I not advised of this?!

I have sold 2 Properties through Ray White and purchased another.
In all three of my dealings I have found Ray White to be Professional, courteous and very understanding with regards the emotional aspects that can present themselves when buying or selling properties.
Even after settlement I received follow up calls and a small gift of appreciation which was a really nice touch. I was assisted with everything including utility and internet connections as well as temporary insurance. We will endeavour to use Ray White in any future property deals we may have and I cannot recommend them highly enough as I am confident they would prove my testimonial accurate

I first dealt with Georgie from Ray White Surfers when I was looking for a new agent as our previous agent had made some serious mistakes with leases and caused us a lot of grief and cost us a lot of money.

Georgie advised us our previous agent had under valued our 2 properties and we where not getting enough rent. Georgie gave us a full market review which showed other comparable properties and clearly showed we could achieve more rent without upgrading either property. At the time I was worried we would not be able to rent the properties at the higher rate, however Georgie's team had them both tenanted with great tenants within a week.

It has been over six months since we signed with Georgie and the team at Ray White and we are now getting an additional $160.00 per week between the properties and have not had a single problem with tenants or their service.

I can't thank Georgie enough and it just proves that using the right agents can really pay off.

Words cannot even begin to describe my experience with these people, but I will try..

I have rented a property managed by this group for the better part of the last 3 years. In that time I have lost count at how many different property managers have handled our house. I have on more than 1 occasion received angry sms messages and letters claiming that i have been behind on rent and that i will be breached if I don't make payment. Every single time this happened it was not because I was behind on rent, it was because of clinical and administration errors on their behalf!

Now I understand everyone makes mistakes, so I would always call or email them to sort it out. When i could finally get someone on the phone, they would buck pass me around to all sorts of different people and I could never get a straight answer out of anyone. I FINALLY got a hold of Kellie, a lovely lady who helped me out even though my property wasn't in her portfolio. She was able to backtrack all my rent payments they had lost and apply them to us. to my dismay, even after we had sorted everything out I continued to get angry SMS messages and letters claiming i was being breached. Whenever I called someone I got told to just ignore those letters.

The maintenance on the property has been horrible, it took 2 years just to get someone out to (dodgily) fix the pavers on our driveway.

I could keep writing for ages about how horrible this group is to deal with, but I'm getting angry just writing this review. I hope that one of you finally sees this review and calls me back, as I have been leaving messages with your office every day and not heard anything back. Apparently you are all always in meetings or something....

I booked an inspection of a rental property via the website. I confirmed the time by phone with Ray White Surfers Paradise the same morning. I traveled for an hour to the property but nobody from Ray White attended at the agreed time. Complete waste of time. Ray White Surfers Paradise employees are unprofessional airheads.

She texts if she's going to be slightly late, has organised alternative meeting times without a fuss if they didn't suit us & kept us up to date via email as to how our application was progressing. Stay away from them! Don't sign any contract with them before you are confirmed you get a deal. Usually get a deal then you sign the contract. Ryan did this other way around twice to me wasting lots of my time and money. Finally he has a trick to 'kick' me out of the contract.

I have personally found Alison McCabe to be a prompt, thorough and a completely professional Property Manager. I appreciate her knowledge of property management and the fine expertise she has in dealing with both the owner and the tenant. It is obvious that she works really hard to ensure that us as tenants have an enjoyable tenancy. Without a doubt Alison made the process of acquiring a property for us to rent easy and not at all stressful. Naturally any property has maintenance issues and any that have arisen, have always been handled with a quick response and then followed through to their conclusion.
