Worst managing agent i have ever used. Totally incompetent, shouldnt even have there estate license. Always made excuses for the tenants damaging the property and making out as if i had to pay for damages. Missed more damage on outgoing repots and told me to claim it through my insurance. Under rented to property on so many occasions costing me a fortune in rental loss. So glad i went somewhere else

I sold my unit in southport with Rob McGregor which settled today, i was very disappointed I felt pushed into my sale and Rob knew I was unsure to sell it or rent it, and the day of settlement Rob never even picked up the phone to say my unit had gone through and had settled even the conveynor he put me onto didn't even bother to phone me to say the unit had settled i had to call myself. So disappointed paid over $10k in commission and couldn't even give me a phone call. Rob worked for the buyer not me the vendor which is so wrong.
Currently renting through Ray White Surfers Paradise Group and have found my recent dealings with my property manager Kate Peni so easy and seamless. My request was attentioned almost immediately and the follow up from Kate has been refreshing. Couldn t recommend high enough!!

Very happy with the service and attention we have received thus far. Our house was leased to new tenants within days of handover. If this is reflective of what to expect of the Ray white team overall, why would you use any other agent.
I used them for 10 years (far too long). From around 2013, the service quality dropped dramatically as I'd find myself calling 6 or 7 times before getting response to any issues. This happened with successive property managers. I can only conclude that their agents are overworked and managing too many properties. Very very poor service, even for simple issues.
Highly recommend this company! I cant thank them enough, they go above and beyond.
The property agent Adam showed us the house on a public holiday and he was also off sick at the time. We purchased the property and requested tha rental department to organise a tenant.
Katrina found an excellent tenant to move in straight after contracts were exchanged. So professional even all the office staff were extremely professional.
I look forward to purchasing another investment property with these guys, can't fault a thing, extremely smooth process.

Hi there . My husband and I have being very happy with ray white real estate. We were looking for homes to rent for months at the gold coast . And holly and the ray white team have being fantastic. We recommend them to everyone we know . We live in a beautiful like penthouse apartment facing the water and we are aloud a cat too. Love this home and the golden beaches. For Jay it's great he loves fishing swimming and keeping fit . Everything at our doorstep .

You were given several fair opportunities to right yourself. Yet the issues are persistent and consistent. If i could post negative stars or suck away stars I would.
Your sole job as an agent is to act as an efficient and prompt conduit between the owner, the tenant and to connect the trades.
Same complaint from landlord and tenants alike.

3. Said something has been done, after specifically pointing it out on the phone and in writing. Advised it has been done, yet it was NOT done.

Tenants, ask your landlords to switch agents.
I suspect local, smaller independent agents will do a much better and personalized job.
I'd say give the smaller groups your money.

We had been with our previous real estate for 5 years and for me the bar was set very high and admittedly I had my doubts about renting with Ray White as it was a bigger company and as a tenant I wasn't sure if we would get looked after the same way. I am so happy to say that right from the get go on submission of our application we were treated with respect and professionalism.
