We had our Christmas party at raw hide. The food service staff has no clue of what they re doing .They are Very unorganized.
This was the worst experience ever. We should have stayed home and ate top ramen. The wait was over 2 hours for our food and when we got it the food wasn t what was Ordered.
I was embarrassed that I waited so long with out walking out . eating at McDonald s would have been a better choice.
This place needs to go away like the Wild West!

I love Rawhide. It makes my heart happy. I wish they would go back on groupon because we literally went every weekend. The food is good, the steak house has live music. You can ride a mechanical bull, ride trains, climb rock walls, pan for gold etc. The lights were beautiful. The snow was bubbles and it was a lot of fun! Santa was there and pictures were very affordable. You should definitely go.

Rawhide is a good place for a concert if the crowd will be small enough to take advantage of the layout. I had the opportunity to visit the night Post Malone came so the venue was I'll prepared to handle a crowd of that size. The parking distribution of incoming cars was pretty disorganized and they did an average job of leading people in which direction to get wristbands or giving non-vip customers access to areas in the front. I'd go back if another decent artist was there

Been going to Rawhide since I was a kid I used to be in North Scottsdale than they actually moved the whole Facility South towards Chandler. Very dusty so be prepared for that I mean it's a western town that comes with the territory LOL. Burro rides petting zoo when I went into bit sad but my kid was still excited. Course everyone's always nice there's a mechanical bull at the entrance and a lot of the adults go there for the steakhouse and barbecue pricey so call ahead to check if budget is a concern. I have Western shows typical of places like this the kids love it gift shop to look and buy Western things.

Well for one thing its not an event management company its a venue that has a staff that works for them when other companys book their venue. They also like say no to most companies due to a contract they have with another company and if they do say yes they offer the muddy rodeo which is unfair business practices.

This place is not what I expected when attending a concert. It was too hot. Generic bars set up with overpriced drinks. I understand that this was an all ages concert but I didn't want to enjoy my alcohol with grade schoolers. Just not an ideal place to hold a concert in the Summer in Arizona.

We were expecting to experience the bull riding, gun fights, blacksmith shop and all that other stuff on their website and trip advisor. It noted that Rawhide was closed for a few weeks in the summer - should be Ok, this is January. But.... it was closed.

Went for the Sangria festival which is fun, but all attractions seem like they nickel and dime you. Wrist band of everything is $15 but it isnt clearly explained anywhere about it. The Mothers day brunch was so-so and for the money I would have preferred to go elsewhere. I wont go back for the food...but maybe special events.

Rawhide is a "western town" and event venue south of Phoenix. It has a large indoor barn and an even larger lawn area that has been used for most events that I've attended here.

The facilities are pretty "bare bones" here. Dirt parking lots. Bathrooms only for the inside venue. No concessions or anything like that, besides the tents brought in by vendors. Parking and exiting can be difficult since basically everyone in the valley must enter and exit from one direction. The traffic can get backed up for an hour at the end of an event. There's no public transit here or businesses like stores or restaurants for at least a mile in any direction.

Most of the events that I've been to here have been fairly well executed. Lucky Man Productions has sponsored most, and they are great at what they do. Events are definitely more fun when the weather's nice. Just about any staff you'll see here are contractors, so it's hard to figure them into a review of the place.

The parking situation for the Lights of the World was not good. The lines were long, the organization seemed lacking, and $10 to park for this thing was a rip-off. People pay that much to park for a proper sports venue, not a traveling carnival. I think if they want to pull this off again in the future, they'll need to think ahead and organize the parking situation, vendors, and port-s-potty situation a bit better.

I'm absolutely shocked by the lack of human decency at this establishment. Today we had reservations and planned to attend with our large party. However I woke up with two very sick children this morning. Trying to be considerate to everyone attending myself, my husband, and our two children decided not to attend with the rest of our party. I still had to drive a relative there, and I had high hopes they might let me still pay for my spot then get a to go box of JUST the basics. But NO. Not even a care, then seated the rest of the party with no remorse. So I drive home broken hearted because I had no Thanksgiving food for my family since we had planned to go out. Sadly this wasn't even the worst of it. I later learned from the rest of the family that they had to pay $70!? For our seats!!!! My kids were sick, I showed up in PERSON trying to find an alternative in this situation, got no help from the people to try and figure something out and then this.

I will make sure to let EVERYONE I know not to waste their money at a place that couldn't even care about a customer in a completely uncontrollable situation.

Service in restaurant is sooooo long and food quality has gone way down hill...They use to have a good thing going,, but it will soon be out of business because they JUST DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ANYMORE
