Working with ratio in was a horrible experience. We had to change town planners mid way into our application as they just sat on the work that needed to be done for almost a year charging outrageous amounts every month for extra hours. As a new town planner took on their work everything was sorted with a positive outcome in matter of two weeks. If you want to get robbed and achieve nothing in planning come to Ratio
