Incredible stay, amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. Pool was relaxing, castle was beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful.

In October we spent a week in this spacious, lovely villa with 4 other couples. The property was gorgeous! It included a pool, outdoor seating and dining table. The kitchen was our favorite room!!!! We spent most of the time in this room while at the villa. It was VERY well equipped and we never had the feeling of being crowded. Our chef loved the spaciousness of the cooking area. Each couple had their own bathroom. There is a pool table for those who would enjoy this too. We went on to other cities for our second week but the stay at Villa Empoli was definitely the highlight of the trip!! I highly recommend this villa with its perfect location in Tuscany and access to the Coop supermarket and nearby pastry shops.

The house was even better than advertised. The home was perfect with all the amenities exactly as described. The views were magnificent. The owners of the home treated like family. We have rented many homes over the years in Europe and Italy and this was one of the best and most memorable vacation and family experiences we have ever had!

The team at RentVillas were very professional and thorough. We rented a villa near Florence for a month, from Australia. Mary Kate was so responsive and the accounts team made it easy, clear and concise. The Villa Rustici was exactly as described and we couldn't have been happier. The staff at the Villa were incredible as well - all in all a completely wonderful experience.

Rentvillas was very thorough in their description of the beautiful villa we stayed in. They ensured that we had directions, phone numbers and everything needed to ensure a fabulous stay. I would use them again!

The description showed three king sized beds, the reality was two beds and one uncomfortable sofa bed. In addition, we paid in full nine months before our trip, then a short time before the trip we were refunded our all money with no explanation or warning and when I called, the harried agent told me my trip was still reserved. It took several weeks to resolve the payment issue. On the good side, other than the sofa bed and the broken toilet (one of four), the apartment was well situated and quite nice.

Our experience with the folk at Rent Villas for our stay in Italy was sensational. Fantastic accurate, timely and clear communication with us throughout the booking process and after was perfect. Nothing was too difficult and we can not recommend them more highly. Will definitely use them again.

The staff at Rent Villas was very responsive and informative and the contact person at the villa could not have been nicer, even giving us a mini tour of the area when we firs arrived - above and beyond what we would have expected.

I can't express how great the trip to Sorrento was, the villa with the views and the accommodations were spectacular!! Rent villas did a great job of giving us everything we expected and more from our arrival to the departure perfectly done. We are already talking about the next one.!! Great vacation!!

The service provided prior to our stay was a little disjointed. Rentvillas was pleasant enough, but wasn't as well informed about the property location as it should have been. The description of the property, the pictures of the grounds and its surrounding area were accurate, however what was omitted was that this property is not convenient to any major (or minor for that matter) areas. Finding the property was a bit of a challenge on day 1, fluency in Italian saved us from getting turned around. It took a long time each day to get out of the rural area before we could set out in earnest. This was not accurately described. To get to major centers (Florence, Siena) was represented as being a lot faster and easier than it was. Bottom line is that I would have chosen another property had it been better described. The agency helped us arrange for two catered meals during our stay, both went off without a hitch. The advance deposit required well ahead of travel time, and the additional funds required at the rental was a little frustrating. The rental agency should have a better feel for the locations and the conveniences offered at their properties. Most times the agency responded fairly quickly leading up to the date of the rental. I think they need to work on how they collect fees, collect deposits, and understand the locations of their portfolio rentals. I would give the overall renting experience a B .
