Great place that I never knew about (or would have found had someone not told me)! Went in for lunch (not realizing it was Restaurant Week in Howard County) and had a really great meal with delicious cocktails and beers! I really want to come back for happy hour sometime and check out some of the rotating wines and beers. Everyone working here was super friendly and attentive and checking in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our meal and had everything we needed. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere!

I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I like how the customer service is always excellent and they keep the place well organized at all times. Rates are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

We really enjoyed eating here. Honest, straightforward German beer food and imported German beer on tap and "packaged goods." The atmosphere is simple and straightforward: post-euro pub bistro - with outdoor seating on quiet Main Street in Elkridge. I look forward to post-COVID times here.

This place is awesome! The staff is great, the decor is a very old meets new vibe, and the food and drinks steal the show! I highly recommend both the eggplant and pork schnitzel, and yes you should get the gravy! Good options for vegetarians too!oh and don t miss the broccoli or the potato pancakes!!!

First time at this restaurant, amazing food and amazing service. Even the cocktails and beer were spot on. I don t think there is anything left to say!!

Nice environment, but a little loud. Food was good, with some traditional flavors but some were not. Turmeric flavor on the fries was a little interesting (maybe it was the ketchup). Very nice beer selection which emphasized German type beers, which I like. Seemed to emphasize wine more, but really did not pay attention to the selection.

Rathskeller has an awesome, dedicated staff and a thoughtful, delicious menu. The Golden Pear cocktail is the absolute best.
