It is difficult to reach the helpline. Customers are misled. Despite the promise that medical records would be waiting, this did not happen. The building where Falk is located is very nice, parking spaces in front of or at Olbrachta Street.

unfortunately, I was burnt two times with electrodes in falck plaques and with her, after which I have scars to this day. The staff downplayed the matter, claiming it was not a big deal. After filing the complaint, I became an ooty. This is the approach to patients .... One big misunderstanding. They do not even care about explaining the situation

Young ladies at the reception incompetent, uninformed helpline alternative is that it misleads clients.
