RapidMade handled my rush job really well and even tho the machine and material I requested were offline being repaired, they simply called to let me know I'd be getting my part printed at a higher resolution on a different system at no extra cost, great service.

Rapidmade has evolved over the years from a hobbyist and early prototype supply business to now having the latest cutting-edge capabilities at their disposal, still at highly competitive prices. I have found their online auto-quote tool with preview, and Micah their head of sales a pleasure to work with to get the job done right.

RapidMade was able to take my rush order and turn it around within a few days. It was a one-off request, larger than their machines, and they still completed it. I was aware ahead of time that there was going to be seams on the project since it was a large piece, so that wasn't an issue.

They were extremely communicative and informative about the process that would happen with this product.

I traveled with it on an airplane and unfortunately on the way back it broke but worked while we needed it.

I would recommend RapidMade.

I've been using Rapidmade to get functional plastic prototypes for a year now, and the quality and price point that they provide is excellent. They have good capacity and fantastic prototyping technology (HP multi-jet fusion in Nylon, which is a lot more precise than FDM and stronger than most other resin or sintering technologies).

The instant quote tool they added this past year has really sped up the ordering and job placement process. They work hard to deliver our prototypes on time and are easy to reach when we need something last-minute. Would easily recommend for anyone looking for form or function critical prototyping.

Rapid Made is communicative, but not a good company for people who are inexperienced in this particular field. They were not forthcoming about their pricing and logistics. The company did not finish my project. I feel taken advantage of.

When I first heard of 3D printing, about twenty years ago, my thoughts were "Man what will they think of next". I certainly didn't have any thoughts on how I could use this new technology.
Last year, l bought two items that had increased in cost 30%. The items were made from an even more inferior material, and came from China.
Both items were broken within 6 months. I was faced with buying two more or taking matters in my own hands.
Enter Rapidmade! They assured me the project would recreate the piece accurately and be of a stronger material. Rapidmade succeeded on both fronts.
Micah, led me through the process in a professional and non condescending attitude {I'm a truck driver not a scientist}.
I cant't thank Rapidmade enough.

Rapid Made has produced several parts for my company. Parts produced have all been of quality.

RapidMade has a powerful team of engineers representing many disciplines. They have a unique ability to navigate many 3D and conventional machining options to get a part deisgn from concept to reality. I found their engineers to be very good to work with and the quality of their work is outstanding. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Our business was in need of 120 custom sized black matte plastic trim rings for an upcoming project. We found RapidMade via a Google search for 3D printing in our area. Micah and his team were excellent - great at communicating each step of the way. They helped us with the CAD, took our sample unit, and produced a perfect, uniform look and fit for what we needed.
