Amazing saddles have used this company for 15 years. Would recommend to everyone.

Brought a saddle in for a repair, within 30 minutes of arriving they had done a top quality repair.
All the staff were extremely professional, friendly and polite.
Absolutely superb service!

Visited the company and was impressed with the long experience with desinging saddles, with still the drive to supply a perfect saddle for rider and horse, that is also affordable. Recommended.

Avoid using the saddle fitter Georgia Hale, she fits saddles for this company.
this lady sold me a saddle & girth, saddle was poorly fitted and she squeezed a 44inch girth on my horse when she is a 50inch.
I requested a full refund, Georgia said the saddle company don't do a refund on saddles and my saddle was now second hand and I should sell it myself (

Avoid using this company. The saddles are of poor quality and customer service non existent. After 11 months of use I now have a saddle unfit for purpose and although still under guarantee the company will not acknowledge either me or the saddle
