Have been conducted many time, but interview never happened. One of my friend had very bad and unprofessional conduct from rangam HR, they don't know how to deal with resource. I would request young individual not to join such organisation.

True Facts: For all my Friends who are planning to join Rangam Infotech.
1) Non Technical & Very Unprofessional People who is not at all coming from a Recruitment background who dont even know the ABCD of Recruitment is on the Top management entitled as Delivery Manager and Operations Manager. 2) Lack of communication between Intra Departments and Intra Team Members. 3) Taking Leaves would be a crime over in Rangam. You would be isolated by the managers. Also please dont expect the hard earned money "salary" on timely basis. Can't blame the company but the people who is working over there are narrow minded. Their culture is what they shows. 4) Dont have active clients to support. So they have no active requirements and you will be working on the same requirements for 3 months or even more. 5) They are affraid to talk to clients for basic things even. Managers dont know how to communicate with the client or even to the recruiters, they are just a transactional people over there. 6) Rangam's "Recruitment Manager" consider it as a escalation, if we are not favouring as per the clients demand. (LOL they should first understand & check the meaning of escalation from the dictionary). If the candidate goes for the interview they consider it as Escalation. 7) The Best part they dont have "PORTALs", the basic necessity of Recruitment. They ask us to work through social media and expect to do 5 - 7 submission daily. Note: They recently bought Naukri with limitations: 30 clicks per day 150 emails per recruiter: - How would the recruiter could monitor his daily usage of Naukri, if he / she is working with full concentration to the designated task assigned. 8) You have to be a obident student at the EOD and go to the Managers desk and tell them what you had done on the whole day and wait for the approval from the manager that you can leave for the day and then you could do so, as if you are studing in the school and not employees of the company. 9) HR Policies are even more worse, to correct my words they dont have the proper policy which could be mentioned as HR Policy. They will change the policies to their wills and at their convenient situations. 10) They are playing with the life of all the people (who are coming from various backgrounds with lots of responsibilities) which they don't give the damn value of even dry leaves.
All who had read the above points, would urge and sincerely want to make awareness that please dont get trapped yourself by all the funky words or convincing promises that were given to you by Rangam Infotech at the time of interview. You are your own Judge, take it or Leave it.
I wont even give one star but its not allowing me to post, thats y.
Have been contacted multiple times for opportunities but as I have many friends who have been through so much with this organisation I have avoided to join there.
I have been posted to one of the MNC bank through Rangam. Entire hiring process even though being lengthy was completed efficiently with the help of Sakina and Monica. Sakina had been a constant help since short listing of my profile. Be it smart interview tips or getting feedback from client with personalised notes or showing patience over getting commitment for joining date, she helped a lot to reduce the anxiety which you feel during the entire cycle. After joining also she was in touch and taking feedback every now and then. Thanks team Rangam for this opportunity!
Had very bad experience with my dear. Cant blame the company but the Mid-Management who is running the company into pot-holes should be blamed. Cant understand why the upper management people does not review such people and replace them. Please stop the Domestic recruitment process if you dont have the right people to handle and dont play with anyone's life. Worst....!!!
Worst team of recruiters specially Mr Jaydeep Padhiyar and Anupama. Even they don t share any status of the Interview and never reply on your calls and mails.

Pros :
Time to time ins and outs ( Workload - never )
Cons : 1) Restrictions of mobile, lots of websites. 2) Basic software installation problem. 3) Lake of communications between different departments make things hard..! 4) Frequent and uncertain requirements, changes of application. 5) Non technical people are explaining things to technical people..! ( LOL ) 6) Poor increment policy whether you have done excellent performance.
I totally agree with kedar nath reviews. I can also add Its a company where daily HR policy are changed based on their requirement I must say lack of management. Even policy criteria differ from the person to person. Its not a company for the experienced person and for those who want to learn new thing. I must say its a worst IT company I never seen.....
HR of this company is really unprofessional specially Hetal. They would make false promise during interview and later on change their decision by giving some vague answer. If the person is not suitable there is no point of giving false hope to them.
