Danielle is the best. She called me up, I came in and was hired. Been at my job for two months now. Thanks Danielle.

I don t understand how this location operates. Barely if ever answers the phone. I have called this location several times and got a answer once. She placed me on hold for 15 minutes that s completely unacceptable. Called back & straight to voicemail WOW. Your a staffing company you have clients looking for skilled individuals to fill positions. Plus your commission base as well why not put money in both our pockets. Very unhelpful & rude. I truly feel bad for individuals who have to communicate with this location for answers.

If you need employment, this is the place!! I was placed on a temp to hire job faster than I have ever experienced. They have so many jobs lined up. It s Immediate results & I highly recommend them over any other staffing company.

Hands down the best staffing company i give it 5 star the staff here at the brandon location is the best.

Two Thumbs down..., I worked long hard hours and it was a hassle to get paid,on my first payday the agency couldn't find my check... it was an horrible experience...,It took them 21 days to pay me my first check. I'm not the only person that went thru this experience ,I just wish that everyone would bring this situation to the light in hopes that everyone receives his or her compensation without any flaws. I wanted to say all the staff at Randstad in the Tampa office are very polite. The one staff member that has help me and has stood out and that has made sure everything is on point is Lexi Chavez. She called me and told me she had a job offer for me at Coca-Cola I was so happy she informed where to come to get everything together for my start which was that Monday 9/10/18. She made sure I got the information I needed further as the directions what the pay rate would be etc. She always go out of her way to make sure my time is turned in on time and anytime I text her and have a question she responds as soon possible. Absolutely the worst staffing agency ever! They are complete morons and will never return your calls. I showed up for an interview ( that she made)and the lady was not there. Was told she would call me and never heard back! 90% of the jobs they have lisited are already filled, so it's just giving you false hopes. I've never been more frustrated in my life with a staffing agency. I would give them 0 stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. One word to describe them is USELESS.

If you re looking to find quick temp to hire work Randstad in my experience is the best staffing agency to work with. Both Danielle and Brittany at the Tampa-Brandon location were responsive and professional in helping me find assignments in the wake of Covid. Danielle went above and beyond to place me after a mishap in communication on my part. I would highly recommended this agency.

I came to Randstad weary that they d actually be any help at all , You never know what kind of jobs you get or what kind of people are the ones helping you when it comes to temp labor but not with Randstad. They took me in felony and all and gave me the opportunity to not only put food on there table but also walk into a job where I have the ability and opportunity to move up and advance. They not only provided a stable foundation but they supplied the good hearted push in the right direction that I needed. Danielle was my recruiter and she went above and beyond making sure I got paid on time , that I didn t get in trouble the few times i was late and even answered my questions and worries when it was past her hours or before her hours and she was off. Judging by how she treated me I m almost positive the same experience accompanies each of their recruiters! If you are dedicated to earning better for yourself or if you feel you have nowhere to go , Give it a shot and you never know what you can find yourself in!

Currently work here they always have problems with paying you your full amount! Off hundreds of dollars they re always miss calculating your hours after they approve them for 40 hours they have one more time to keep messing with my money or a lawsuit will be in place

Unproffesional in handling disputes, Contracts held with Clients are priority other then making solutions to issues Employees have. Making reports of unfriendly work environment won't make a change if anything if will make you unsuitable as an employee to that company , so best to keep mouth shut. Their whole moto is make the client happy even if it means , unreasonably terminating their employees job.

I ran a hotel in local Lakeland Fl for many years. It came to a point for me to start looking for work elsewhere. I had never used a temporary agency before, but had played with the idea back and forth in my head from time to time. I was with a friend that was out of work and she called Randstad and spoke with Emma DeLoach who had my friend employed within 48 hours with a full time job. I decided to call and speak with Miss Emma. I told her about my current management position and explained it would be hard for me to come in for face to face interview. She gave me her email and I sent her a copy of my updated resume. I told her I was in in no rush and the job offer would have to be sibstaintial for me to take it. A few months later, I received an email back from Emma about a position at Publix Corp. Within 48 hours I was employed at Publix corp and put in my two weeks at the hotel. When I decided to switch from Publix Corp to something with weekends off, Emma had me soemthing within one week. I m currently still at the place where I have weekends off, full time hours and am looking forward to my full benefits , including 100% healthcare coverage! I fully recommend Randstad, especially Emma DeLoach if you aren t looking for work or looking to make a career change. They have changed my outlook on temporary agencies forever, however I would never go to another one. My loyalty lies with Randstad!
