We use this company for big prints and to do folded brochures. They are fantastic! They always take the time to talk to us and see how we are, and then they take the time to find out what we want from them. They do same day folds and are fantastic people!

Last time I visited I and parked outside the front, and by the time I came in they had already pulled up a chair for me to come sit down and print like I always do. They are the best!

Just went down to get some simple photos of my missing cat printed out and the guy made jokes about how my cat was already dead and he treated me with the worst customer service I have ever had. Are they supposed to turn around and ignore you as a reaction to the door opening? And to tell me that my cat is probably dead and to offer no help? That was the worst experience at a store I have ever had, as someone who works in customer service, I am in shock and will never be returning to your store.

I've given them numerous jobs that are complex, annoying, and I barely even know how to get it all to work out....like some with 3 hole bunch, some on good paper, some with color, some double sided.
