This is an awesome church. Very loving and welcoming. The lead pastor knows his stuff....lol.

Great place to worship and fellowship with other believers.

Friendly people, well organized, great atmosphere to bring the love of God to those that are lost so that they may learn of God and grow with God by the example of His children.

I love our church! Bethany is a family that welcomes everyone. I enjoy the light breakfast & community coffee available while fellowshipping at 9:15a. It is a great time to get to know others. Praise begins 10a. I truly feel the Holy Spirit move each week and on First Wednesdays.

If this church is SO great, just tell me what are they doing to help people during this critical time. They are huge and they could do wonders. The only thing I have ever heard is if you tithe they will possibly help you.

Consistantly good, bible based church. Plenty of opportunity to get involved with no pressuring. Music is excellent too. Has many local outreaches and foreign missions support. Never boring or too long! Starts on time and finishes on time, very organized and well run. Small home groups are available for those wanting fellowship. No compromise, encouraging sermons. Has Christian school and college. Kids like B-kids

Excellent worship and Jonathan Stockstill does a very good job of making the Bible relevant to your every day life

I love Bethany. I've been going here since the North Campus was the main, for 18 years now I think. Pastor Jonathan knows how to relate to his church members and does a great way of conveying the Word.

Great worship songs, am always moved by the spirit during worship. Then the preaching, ohhh my God my pastor is gifted. ( pastor Jonathan ) God bless u

Friendly and welcoming to visitors (I was a visitor). Music was exceptional, and the message was practical, relatable, and inspiring. I loved the atmosphere of acceptance.

This church has a heart of Worship and a strong Word. B-groups take the large church to a personal level. Love this church and their heart for giving to the community and the world.

I visited Bethany months ago. I was seeking a new church home, but I wasn't ready to commit to a church. I decided that I would go ahead a try out their smaller service at the Warehouse. I loved it! It has been an amazing experience for me. I feel like God has brought to this place for rejuvenation and restoration. I am curious to see what more will come from this spiritual journey, but I'm all in. I can't wait for the next service.

Loved Bethany Church! We visited from Colorado on our way through to Fl Keys and really enjoyed the service.

I am a member at the Livingston Campus and I love it! I was invited by another member when I was "church shopping". The minute I walked in I knew this was the church for me. I attended Bethany Baker back in the 80's and remember Pastor Larry and seeing Joel on TV. I am so happy this church has grown as much as it has. What an incredible service and incredible people. The Holy Spirit is alive here! I hope to be much more involved in 2018. God Bless Bethany and the people in it! Happy New Year! :-)

They made me feel so welcom! And the congregation is as diverse as our city! The worship team is talented and passionate! And the message was relevant and biblical. We are moving our family to Bethany.

When I got the news I was going to be moving to Louisiana for work, one of my biggest worries was finding a church. After several days of praying and researching. I googled top ten churches in Baton Rouge. For some reason, the name Bethany stood out to me, so when I was in town I checked it out and I was filled with joy. I enjoyed the service and the worship team. Even though the church is well over a thousand attendees (South Campus) there are numerous ways to get involved and to meet a lot of people. If you are new in town I highly recommend attending this church.

Just a feeling of love, worship. Love this church . And the teaching of the Bible is awesome! No matter what campus you choose.

Its a fantastic place of worship! Services last about an hour and the services are very organized.

For new members, there's a group/meeting called Bethany Experience, where you get an introduction to the church as well as an opportunity to participate in the church.

I surely would recommend this church to anyone new to town and seeking a place of worship. Its a fantastic home church. Never a dull moment.

Great worship music, volunteers are friendly and they make you feel welcomed. The messages are always on time and are always very practical and very helpful.

I enjoyed their services while visiting family here in Baton Rouge, La. In fact I gave my life to Christ in 1986 at Bethany World Prayer Center Church under Pastor Larry Stockstill's ministry.

I ve been a member of Bethany for 10 plus years. I have been in the Baptist church since I was born. Don t get me wrong I learned a lot about Christ and life while I was there, but only by listening to my Pastors who were totally great. I hardly ever read my bible or hardly ever volunteered. I was only interested in my blessing and what was coming to me. BUT GOD introduced me to Bethany s Journey classes led by Sister Melanie. She began from the beginning, which at the time I thought was a big waste of time because I had been in the church since birth. My mom was the church s social worker, I went on retreat, picnics, I was in the children s, youth, and young adult s choir. I knew this stuff she was teaching, this class must have been for people who didn t know God. However the more I came the more I learned, I was like a child in school when the light bulb finally came on. At Bethany they want you to pick up your bible and read it yourself. After a teaching not just a preaching, they wanted you to not take their word but read and study it yourself. I loved that, my children were learning I was learning and applying these studies to my life. I began volunteering and putting other s needs above my own. Sure I ve slept and missed a few services, but I ve always returned and I will continue to. I love my church, our members, our pastors, volunteers, etc and most of all God.

The holy spirit remains in this church. The pastor is also an amazing teacher.

Great place to experience God in a church. It is definitely an experience the second you walk in, there is music that rocks you to the core, there are lights and big screen TVs like a real concert. My favorite part is that you feel like a big family takes care of your children when you go to church, that will help them grow to love and know Christ. There is also a lot of programs outside of Sunday church to build relationships with other people in the church. And...theres free coffee.
