AMATEURS TO MISTAKE

I was contacted by the agency that proposed to meet us for an initial interview on an open position with one of their clients.
After the meeting, I waited for answers to some questions that remained pending and a feedback that guaranteed me would arrive in a few days.
NOBODY HAS NEVER BEEN LIVE AND NOBODY EVER REPLYED to my emails for feedback. I didn't even pretend that they followed up on the questions that remained pending at the interview but badly when I had been contacted, that I had taken hours off, at least a "no thanks, it's not the person for us", it seemed to me due .. and instead the NOTHING TOTAL.
Not only that, during the interview they insisted that I provide a contact within my current company that could confirm my skills!?!?!? But are you kidding? at this point they could come and put a sign directly on my desk.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY, not only do they waste time, BUT YOU WILL TAKE THE RISK that they will also EMPTY YOU !!!

They do not know how to select, they only know how to precarious

I'm going to an interview for an internal staff position. The first things they tell me: we are a trading company and we have to invoice, which I don't know how many times during the interview. In the end they make me understand that you have to call and go looking for companies to see if they are looking for people to hire. In short, either you invoice or you are thrown out because "if you don't like the commercial part, it makes no sense to come and work here"

Recruitments are handled with "sympathy" with serious favoritism for friends. In less than a week they got the contract wrong 3 times (first in someone else's name, then with a deadline of 3 months, then magically the signing was 3 weeks). For a job, I had to deal with 4 different people who did not communicate with each other and lost information and documents. A nightmare, at Randstad there is no basic foundation for what should be called Human Resources. Then obviously dishonest because they offer contracts much lower than the skills possessed.
