Love this store. They have everything you for cooking, serving and any other needs in the food industry. We do a lobster clam bake ever year and I have gotten all our supplies here. Staff is very helpful

Found the product I wanted on their website. I submitted a question on the same same site and waited four hours. Since I didn't receive a timely response, I called and spoke to customer service. He couldn't answer my question at that time. This wasn't a problem. I simply asked him to call me back when he had an answer. He did in a timely manner. We got everything settled and I placed and paid in full for a several thousand dollar order that would take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. Two days later I received an e-mail that said there was an error and my purchase price had increased by 15%. After a review by management they decided not to honor the quote they supplied and accepted payment. Currently, I am waiting for my credit card to be reimbursed. If anyone has any questions or wants more information concerning this matter, please feel free to leave a message at (484) 366 -1050. I'll get back to you in a timely manner.
Edit - Credit card was refunded.

horrible company ordered a refrigerator double door for my business it came broken scratched and dented their refusing to honor their product, replace, or fix. Stay away unless you wanna receive several $1000s paper weights. Multiple times they have refused any recognition. Contact me if you wanna see the emails how they kept trying to trick me and did nothing.

I want to personally thank Dan for all his effort ...

I want to personally thank Dan for all his effort in working with Everest Refrigeration for my replacement kegerator ( EBDS2-BBG-24) as it was severely damaged upon opening the package after delivery! He worked with Everest for a replacement with NO hassles or NO extra cost on my end!! AWESOME ! My new unit is in place and working as advertised ! That is customer service at its BEST !!

Some of the items here are priced pretty high compared to competition. Checking out took us forever as the systems kept going down, and the lady at the counter was pretty rude about the whole situation.

However, it is clean and organized.

Terrible customer service! Purchased a part from t...

Terrible customer service! Purchased a part from them online, stating it was the correct part and model number for our stove top range in our kitchen. Not only did they send the wrong part, I had to pay a restocking fee as well as shipping and handling to send the wrong part back. They would not cover any of the shipping and handling or cover the cost of the correct part. When I called to speak to someone about this the lady on the phone said "That's the facts, we don't cover any returns and we will not cover to have the correct part sent". Which she then hung up on me not letting me say anything in return. Will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.

We picked Ice Machines+, because they had
great selection, and pricing seemed fair. I've ordered many products/appliances online in the past and always had great luck. We ordered this Ice machine back on December 14, and were told that the Ice machine would take 5 - 10 business days to arrive. Very excited to get our contractor moving forward on our wet bar we were disappointed when it still hadn't shipped by the 10th business day. Two different calls to Ice machines+ were handled by a Mary who told us that it would ship out in the next day or two. Needles to say the product never shipped until 3 weeks later.

Delivery Day! or so we thought. The product arrived to our warehouse and was pulled off of the truck. The forklift driver inspected the package, and noticed damage. He pulled it apart and noticed a small dent and some scratches in the unit. He marked the BOL and accepted the machine. "At this point the ice machine is mine!" Clearly marked on their shipping instructions.
This damaged was caused by the freight company. Accidents happen, and this is the risk that we take ordering on-line. My forklift driver should have refused the ice maker sending it back with the shipping company. (ALL MY FAULT!)

My issue with Ice Machines+ is how they
treated me once I found out the that unit had more then a slight ding on the top. I was very lucky that I got to speak with Mrs. Poor Attitude Mary when I called to see what my options were. She was quick to tell me that there wasn't a thing she would do for me, and that now it was in my hands. "Call the freight company she said. The Ice machine is yours."

The way that Ice Machines+ employees treated me on the phone when I called to fix the issue was unacceptable! They didn't care to help their customer and help get me the information to solve the problem. They told me that I screwed up and that it was my issue not theirs.

Keep this in mind... If you buy something from them and a issue comes up. You are not going to get any help from these guys!

I have to admit to being a kitchen gadget and food...

I have to admit to being a kitchen gadget and food junkie. What a wonderful place to walk around and look at all the various tools that you ever could possibly need if you are cook and Love Kitchens. Everything is here from display Refrigeration to high-end stoves down to fancy toothpicks for those hors d'oeuvres. Quality-wise this is restaurant issue meaning that the inventory here is built to stand up to heavy use. Just as a small example I found a stack of Woks of various different sizes, all carbon steel which if you are a stir-fry junkie you know they're the best. The Personnel are all wonderful and eager to help very pleasant and don't hover over you. You should visit this place if you like kitchen Hardware.

Ordered some Pizza Peels from them and during transit one of them was damaged slightly. I messaged them about what I should do and got a response, and that was on a Sunday afternoon. They asked for pictures of the damage and within a few days the new undamaged product arrived. Thanks Michael for all of your help with my order.

Never buy from this place. The owner has told me ...

Never buy from this place. The owner has told me "spec sheets are wrong all the time" I purchased a 48" under counter fridge and the spec sheet was incorrect by almost an inch in height. Now the owner tells me it's my problem - No refund, no pickup, delivery charge for something different, they will inspect it for damage when it is returned to the warehouse. "The specification sheets are always wrong", really, then how do you know what you are buying? I would assume all spec sheets are wrong from this place and not buy anything from them unless you just want to make a donation to the owners vacation fund. Hey owner! You're number one in my book, but that's not the index finger!

Is really rude manager I came bought six table top and I came the second day to return four of them they refused to return the money and they claim their policy as store credit gift card and I agreed to it then he told me we cannot give you a gift card we have to give you only store credit and I told him this is what the sign say and he claim they don't have a gift card until I fight with him and I refuse to take store credit he went to the back and came out with a gift card and he was really rude and expensive place zero recommendation is a lot of better places around the area and they will do anything to keep the customer happy

When I received the items I purchased online (storage containers), it turned out that the website descriptions/pictures of them had been completely misleading. When I contacted restaurantsupply.com to fix the situation, they said I'd still have to pay a restocking fee (?!). Highly disappointed with this company.
