Worst service ever, how does one use 8G data in less than 24hr while using WiFi?? I topped off 3x in less than 2 days, all the tech support could say is that I ate up all the data? Not possible!!!

Building was wired for another company found this out after the guy came out to install service, left after verbally abusing my wife's landlord. Even though service is not installed and guy said he would come back but no show company won't refund money. Wife emailed customer service and was told to dispute with credit card company. I went in because wife could not make it the trip and they needed cancellation form. Filled it out, after lady found out it was my wife's account. She ripped up the paperwork right in front me. Very rude, unprofessional, I urge people not to do business with this company.
its always a problem to get customer service on the phone sitting here with the phone ringing for an half an hour!! Ridiculous!!

This company has stolen my money. I was at the office and asked them to update my package for what I paid. But representative of UTS didn't make it. Then they rejected to give me my money back plus they are not answering on customer service and emails too. So think ten times when you will decide to use this company. Very unprofessional and disqualified company who doesn't care about their clients and reputation.

There's a error I'll like to show but overall the "Best" Service I got 8 mbps package but when no one use the internet i get 4 mbps this service is a scam and a fraud
Paid my connexion, but it doesn't work. Phoned the support line for 3 days, never got a reply. Sent 2 email, never got a reply ...
Sometimes customer service is not all that, but it's the only company on the island that will go the absolute mile for you and more!
How you even run a business like this is unbelievable. No internet for months, went out immediately after getting it, tried to scam a re-connection fee, then get attitude from that awful lady who works customer service
