Nobody cares more about their employees and the quality of their product than the owners and employees of ramco. They also treat everyone with respect and provide the highest of quality in the products they offer.
Horrible, horrible management! They look down on the employees they need to keep the company going. Then over work them for little pay. High price, high co pay insurance. They absolutely do not give mandatory breaks. Some people in management, supervisor positions do not even know their jobs and leave it for other people to finish or push it off on some one else. They pass failed parts just to get numbers and wouldn't pass a safety inspection.
