for the area this is a very nice hotel they do have a down side though that's with the owners/ mananngers

Worst hotel experience of my life. I booked it for the free airport hotel shuttle after getting stuck at the airport overnight:

1. unapologetically no airport shuttle as advertised
2. disgustingly stained sheets with hairs on them
3. TV did not work/missing cables
4. was not provided with wifi passwords
5. no trash cans in the room
6. feared for personal safety due to people loitering on hotel property

I m not much of a person to leave bad reviews, but pictures say enough. Spend $10 more and get a clean place to stay where they clean the showers. Front desk was friendly though

Rooms were dirty, cigarette holes in sheets, bath tubs in ill repair, no hot water, iron but no ironing board, the list goes on. The neighborhood is less than desirable. I would not recommend staying here.

Do NOT stay here. Pictures are a lie. Room was nasty switched rooms it wasn't better. Spots on the sheets. Tv didn't work one had one channel. And the bathroom was gross. The light was also broken. Drug needles and garbage all around property. Staff was really rude and overcharged me. People fighting and broke a window near me. Glass on walkway. I'd advise anyone to not go here at all

We booked a room a month ago, we arrived today and we they told us that the room is dirty and that it does not have TV they asked us if we want it, f.... K not, lousy place and lousy service, I don't recommend it... I am very angry drive 3 hours..... from idaho for this. Zero stars

Make sure when renting a room here you cover that vent behind the toilet as it looks thru to a different hotel room bathroom.

The site we booked from said it had a shuttle service and when we arrived, we found out there wasn t one. Place was so run down and the shower was gross. We found a dark red stain on the bed sheet. After 20 minutes, we decided to leave and get a refund. Ended up walking to a nearby comfort inn which felt safer and had a shuttle. The comfort inn was only ten bucks more for peace of mind and clean sheets.

This place was horrible, unsafe and I'll represented. There was bums diving in the garbage, prostituts in the back of the building and broken windows in the hotel. Very unhappy. Was scared to even get out of the car. Scared for safety and health. Do not stay here.
