Rooms were dirty, cigarette holes in sheets, bath ...

Rooms were dirty, cigarette holes in sheets, bath tubs in ill repair, no hot water, iron but no ironing board, the list goes on. The neighborhood is less than desirable. I would not recommend staying here.
