Very expensive not worth it. Pool side BarBq is pathetic.

It's a four star hotel with the best swimming pool in the city, the jacuzzi is great to relax in and yes the water is hot, the hi tea is also worth trying. The location is great close to the airport not given 5 stars as the place needs to be refurbished especially the changing rooms

Great location, safe area just minutes from the airport

Every time I visited here, always had a wonderful experience. Just the place to have food with best ambiance. I simply love the food here & the overall green environment of the location & it's historic value of the place. Right from breakfast, lunch, hi-tea to dinner with Sunday Brunch, everything is just yummy...

My best place to stay in Karachi, there pool is best in town but lacks in massage services, rooms are better than most specially there newly build executive rooms bell service and lobby is ordinary in fact below ordinary, breakfast is just ok not too much variety available

We had great time at the Pool Side restaurant in Ramada Plaza Karachi. The service was attentive and food was delicious as well... Recommended...

Its a nice place to be for a food specially hi tea. Rooms are tidy. The location is very good for specially people coming from foreign. Pool is very good variety food.

Security is good, service at banquet is to improve, ambience needs to be updated

This is my third stay in this hotel. What I like- good location to do business trips outside of Karachi city and close to airport. Good restaurant La Terrace with good breakfast where chiefs cook just in front of you. Good and wholehearted service everywhere. What I would improve- rooms require renovation,hotel operating since many years I guess. However I really recommend

I had to wait 30 minute just to check-in . Very Dodgy hotel, booked through Agoda, i had to make the payment at the hotel, got over charged by $10, during the check-out the receptionist told me that i had to pay the balance of $200, when i demanded explanation i was told that the computer system was down, i refused to pay, after waiting 20 minute luckily, i made for flight that morning. Not recommended at all .

I am a regular guest at ramada plaza their ambience presentation and hospitality is nice

The ambiance is very pleasant but the food setved is not upto the mark.

Receptionist told me at the check out that nimko and other things are used from your mini bar I have used just 2 soft drinks that's it. Now they are calling me our hair dryer is missing like seriously it's pathetic to listen I have missed their call when I received it 2nd time after check out on the first call I have told her I haven't even used it I have called them to replace with the working one the 2nd one he took was also not working I was running out for my flight I have rushed from there now m sitting in the plane they are calling me for pathetic hair dryer seriously I am your frequent customer you may check with avari that I have used more it's my first time there and I am hating it.

That was a good time having wonderfull environment of family as well as business meetings

Ramada has got one of the best food their chef is good.
Food served in room service has got great quantity.

I got iftar and sahur during Ramadhan with good service and good menu
