Excellent Ambiance, Everything was good except food

Nice place to sit and dining. Especially 20% discount for Army Personnel.

A good place to be when one wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The ambiance is 9/10. The food is good too. I have enjoyed their food in lunch, high tea and dinner as well. I have never stayed their so can't comment about that.
Over all its a good place to meet and eat.

On 27th May, 11th of Ramadan, our group of friends visited hotel Ramada for Ifftar buffet. And the venue was Eiffel 1.

We have reserved a table of 5 and since we were five friends altogether, so 1.5 litre of bottle was never enough as we all were fasting during scorching heat and humid weather.
Although there were a lot of other options to drink but there is no replacement if water which was a rare product.

Later as we proceeded for dinner, there was a wide range of food items, however most of them were served cold. Kunna tasted great but unfortunately it was also served cold.

On the contrary, sweet dishes looked tempting but were served at room temperature. It would have tasted much better if served cold.

Common sense was missing and overall it was not an experience to remember.

Utter disappointment

Accomodation is very good. Butbtge experience with their high tea was not so good

Nice experience every time I visit.Calm atmosphere with neat and clean rooms and bathrooms with variety of restaurants,Swimming pool for both children and adults,GYM,Tennis ground,large hall for gatherings and also a lawn near pool side

A nice place for get to gather and meetings with all kind of fun.food are very good but some dishes are not to the taste we developed all ready in other places . Service is also too good but one thing keep in mind that must give some tip to the sarvent so you will be more easy and will be treated well any way.

Comfortable stay. Staff was really cooperative. Breakfast needs more improvement though the variety was there. Overall good experience.

Rooms are old and need urgent renovation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel is first class! Especially dinner is excellent. The hotel is very close to airport.

We enjoyed are stay, kids loved it..... Spacious and clean rooms..

Nice Ambience, secure, Poolside BBQ was awesome, food was great, live music, but a little pricey & qty were a bit on the less side. But all in all great place with good staff

A very hotel, with excellent food and rooms. Best for foreign delegations who visit only for meetings or interviews as it is within airport area and secure.
I deducted 1 star coz it is too far from city for tourist and also for people who live near sea
