maximum 3 *. Trivial room, thin pillows (you can't rest on one, you have to put about 3 under your head, maximum 5 cm has one, thickness), patched walls, small bathroom
Double room, but only with a robe and a pair of slippers, as in singles ..... the decorative chandelier does not work.
Reception k and a plus for the pool, otherwise it is not worth 4 *

It's a 30 minute drive from the airport. The rooms are clean and tidy. You have IKEA and a mall close by. It is a 15 minute drive from the hotel.

The air conditioning is unfortunately too loud and only works if you are in the room.

TV is not working. Some of the spa features also not working anymore. Anyhow, price is good.

Beautiful location, welcoming staff only in the room was a smell of persistent cigarette smoke.

Service is very fine. You get some for your spent money. Don't hesitate to try both restaurants. Rooms are getting outdated but are very clean.

The hotel is good for everyone, but in the evening there is nothing at all - neither shops nor normal cafes. Still small windows in the rooms.

Fantastic business Hotel. The room has all the amenities you need for working travel. The breakfast is good and wifi is fast.

Very nice place, the hotel has a heated pool and a really high level spa. The downside for us was that the hotel is far from the center but that is the case and Uber has been very helpful.

Great staff, attentive, and always welcoming. Had two good restaurants, outside bar and a kiosk for everyday needs.

The pool, spa and gym area was awesome. It is a really big gym with enough weights. It's shared with the cheaper hotel Ramada Parc.

Rooms are big and modern, cleaning and overall service was over expectations.

I would recommend this Hotel for somebody who's expecting that little extra.

super rude unpolite staff.they charge a bomb but not nothing about service /hosipitality.Avoid this hotel and put your money where there are honest polite service staff

Very spacious hotel complex with spa services and sky bar on the 14th floor, super breakfast buffet, large rooms, small bath rooms, nice lounge bar. Desk staff is partially overwhelmed.

Price/quality is ok. Great hotel for business trips or if you need to be at the aiport in the morning.

Wellness facilities are great and so is the breakfast. Personnel is friendly, sufficient parking lot, clean rooms, etc.

The only con is that it is kind in the middle of nowhere if you're looking for nightlife action. On the other hand: the centre is just a 15 min away by car and cabs are not expensive.

Excellent hotel, clean and very comfortable rooms, very attentive and hard-working staff. Possibility to use Spa with two swimming pools, one indoor and the other outside, with jacuzzi, gym and restaurant offering excellent value at affordable prices.

The unfriendly staff reminds me of the communist waiters in the canteens. There is no clear indication of the direction to restaurants or toilets, etc

I used to stay in this hotel quite offen. It is not far away from airport and have a good view from rooms.
One of the main advantage at least for me is really good and wide indoor swimming pool. There's one outside but then you need to consider temperature)) There are also several sauna types, and it is always nice especially during winter season.
Breakfast is also good. I remember that there was even an option to buy a coupon for dinner in restaurant, but not sure if this is still valid.
There's also good bar next to reception.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Good hotel, neat, nice but there is nothing in the area - far away everywhere. Always traffic jams - taxi -> never from the street (cheating).
There is a SPA, but the massage is so-so - the gym is approx.

Been there for a business meeting. Staff is ok, friendly and willing to help, meeting rooms look nice and neat and food is great.

Very clean and well appointed with a great spa/gym. A little far from the action but perfect for peace and quiet. One small problem was the water pressure was unstable, maybe because I was on 11th floor. Didn't spoil my stay however.

A Hotel that is pretty good but a little far from the center, you are near the airport and on the outskirts of the city. Near the Hotel there are several Congress centers for fairs. It has an indoor and outdoor pool area. The breakfast is quite complete and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
