Convenient hotel to visit Naples, near the station with Osvaldo ready to take you anywhere if you do not want to take the means but they are convenient and 100m both train and metro. large rooms, a bit 'retro but always tidy

Very good hotel near central station where trains terminate. Also the Ailbus to and from the airport also pick up and let down there.The staff were really helpful and polite and the hotel room was spacious and comfortable.
Nice meals in the restaurant.
All in all really enjoyed the stay there but if your a light sleeper try to get a higher room as the road outside is quite noisy.

Excellent Hotel near the Garibaldi station of Naples, excellent support to then make an excursion with the trains of the EAV line of the Vesuvius to visit Sorrento and Pompeii by taxi in 30 minutes you arrive at the pier Beverello for hydrofoils and ferries to Ischia Capri and Procida or with the metro lines throughout the city of Naples Vomero Mergellina and Toledo where you will find wonderful dishes and spectacular pizzas
On the plus side, this is tasty food and on the minus the sounds of the street.
Discreet hotel specialized in conferences but in a very sad place in Naples
Wonderful location, reserved and relaxing environment
The staff is efficient, spaces for conferences and meetings are spacious and well kept, the reception is not the greatest, but the breadth of the hall and the care of suppliscono places.

Arrived here for work, excellent accommodation, spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and the structure is central and can be easily reached from the motorway or the train station. There is a nearby parking facility adjacent to the hotel. Getting around the city from here is easy due to the proximity of the subway

Hotel up to the 4stars it has, clean and nice staff. The area in which it is located is very busy, my room on the first floor facing the street was very noisy.

I went for a conference, for what little I could see they look very professional and the common areas very well cared for, the bathrooms very clean. Not for nothing is 4 stars

A safe and fairly comfortable location. basically from the highway you arrive in the hotel garage. I have been there a few times in different years. I would gladly return.

The courtesy and kindness of the staff at the Ramada hotel is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday x the excellent location. The breakfast is really super good and plentiful. The kindness of the staff and in particular of Mr. Giuseppedisponibile is at the top Highly recommended !!!
Hotel with some gaps to be a 4 star. The room is very spacious, but it doesn't even have a sheet with the reception contacts, checkout times, slippers ... even the breakfast is pretty standard. Hotel very business oriented, but with shortcomings

This hotel is very ordinary in terms of its surroundings.. in fact quite downmarket... the plus points is tht its close the Naples Central stn and the size of the rooms .. dont come with high hopes ... infsct the intercom system was not working when v were there so to get anythng v had to go down to reception ... they had no qualms admittng tht the entire telephone system of the hotel was faulty

Place where you are well, located in the center of the city and near the highways, bus lines, FF SS, circumvesuviana etc. Etc.
Entire Staff was amazing!! Front desk: Arianna, Pasquale, Nicoletta, Valeria, etc. tour guide Oswaldo, in the dining room Antonio were all helpful and made my vacation wonderful. It is kept very clean and the food and service are excellent
Other reviewers commented that the surrounding neighborhood was bad. The area is typical of any big city like New York, Paris or London. I am a single woman and I walked around by myself, went into shops and cafes and had no problems.
I will definitely return to the Naples Ramada!
The hotel is great...the staff was very friendly and bilingual. They gave me directions and cost estimates to all the places I wanted to go. Also the hotel has really good hot water pressure...my frequent travelers know not all hotels have good hot water pressure for a shower. Also the heating and air conditioning work great. The surrounding area looks shady but once I got out and started walking around chatting with the locals italians and African migrants I felt comfortable. As one person said...Naples is an old city in need of repair.
First room smelt like urine. Second room AC doesn't work. Very noisy. Very basic. Bathrooms need modernising. Sex workers outside. No plans on returning.

Great location for events that welcome people from outside
Beware the elevator, it closed on me and I watched it close on another guest a few hours later. Breakfast sweets aren't that good (some where terrible) save your sugar for later! Stick to the breads and quiche. Dinner here saved this review. The chocolate cake was amazing.
