The hotel is great...the staff was very friendly and bilingual. They gave me directions and cost estimates to all the places I wanted to go. Also the hotel has really good hot water pressure...my frequent travelers know not all hotels have good hot water pressure for a shower. Also the heating and air conditioning work great. The surrounding area looks shady but once I got out and started walking around chatting with the locals italians and African migrants I felt comfortable. As one person said...Naples is an old city in need of repair.
