Fine hotel in the noisy center of Naples. Closest to the train station

the Ramada Naples has made available various environments for the performance of the IELTS, exam for the certification of International English. The whole structure was impeccable as well as assistance in the Reception, our waiting on the terrace was very pleasant and the toilets were clean and very elegant.

Structure in the center of the city and a stone's throw from the station and the circumvesuviana bus stop.

I was at a conference at the Ramada Hotel. Everything perfect, nothing to object.

In line with the average of the 4 Italian stars. The small flaws of the structure are more than compensated by the kindness, availability and professionalism of the staff. All in all the experience has been largely positive.

The Ramada is very convenienly located to the terminal, bus routes and taxi arrive right in front, hotel staff seemed very helpful.

Hotel quite nice although a little dated. polite and friendly staff. Rooms fairly clean and well equipped (hairdryer, mini fridge, safe, wifi, bathroom equipment), vending machines on the floor, outdoor gazebo for smokers. Good breakfast, fairly assorted. The area is beautiful but there is really very close walk from Garibaldi Station where there is the metro and trains. Possibility of paid parking at an adjacent facility.

Very central, near the highway central station Vesuvian station and buses. kitchen in the norm

Comfortable, well organized, neat and perfectly located if you arrive by car in Naples from the motorway thanks to the ample parking under the hotel and the proximity of the motorway exit .. Easily accessible also from the Central Station. The staff is all willing and professional. Very interesting the quality (excellent) ratio and the price (content). To go back.

Very disappointing place 70s carpet never replaced obsolete wallpaper, very noisy neighborhood adjacent to the station, garage not directly connected with the structure, the service is useless the bad description, the staff instead very kind.

Friendly, but scruffy. This may have been a 4 star hotel 30 years ago, but it is 1 or 2 stars now. I doubt if there's been any refurbishment in many years.

Location is superb. Services is poor. Buffet breakfast variety is very small. No varieties even. Staff is very rude while we did breakfast. They did not find my booking even 1 month back it was done through make my trip & was completely paid.. It seems that they don't want to give d room.

I do not recommend it, we have passed heat and without air conditioning, the pillows are not comfortable, located in a noisy and bad dirty area, besides the key does not work under several times. The only good thing about the restaurant.

Rooms are looking vintage, old furniture, a kind of "smell like old" in the room. The breakfast could be improved and diversified. I found, in the second day, omelette. There were also boiled eggs, cold. The coffee is only instant coffee. The location is good, metro station very close. The staff is very kind and helpful. The called me a taxi upon request and gave me details about how to reach to certain attractions.

4 stars where did you see them exactly? Hotel definitely outdated and overstellate to reality. Rooms outdated, discolored carpeting, dark rooms and senzaria, heating fixed at 26.6 degrees can not be controlled by the host, practically a sauna. Bathrooms to be reviewed. A 4-star with a track and a curtain placed on the bathtub is unclassifiable. Then the breakfast: a very courteous staff, especially with tourists, who for the most part are foreigners. Paying over 90 a single night and receiving this service is not at all good value for money. The only positive note is the location, even if the parking which is not absolutely suitable for those arriving by car in the station area, costs the beauty of 15 a day and since there is no other alternative is a real tax added to those who stay and arrives in Naples with his own vehicle.

I went on an organized trip, and went to this hotel. I must say that as accommodation I felt good both as a bedroom and a bathroom, the exact opposite was in the moment of eating which at a certain point literally ruined my holiday. Because the food of the dinner is not that great and so far as it is not pleasant you can accept it, while breakfast another reality with a choice and good and fresh stuff. But during dinner they once brought pasta with a kind of cheese, the result is that out of almost 40 people, half were bad, more or less. I in the night and until the early afternoon despite taking drugs to combat the situation I could not practically leave the bathroom and I had no effect on how strong it was. Such a thing had never happened to me, so the remaining time of the holiday resulted with various ailments and even suffering. The staff when it was served was clearly rude, also given this condition, simple boiled potatoes were asked in addition to receiving a complaint, raw and microwaved potatoes were brought then a fairly bad service, at least the rooms a little better. I learned later that given the extent of the fact, the travel agency had also been notified

Excellent welcome the rooms are spacious and very clean the hotel is ideally located. I recommend this hotel. In addition we were two women and we never felt insecure.
