Good Location, but the bathroom very darty, I told them about it, they ignore me, never choose this hotel again.

I spent 6 nights in this hotel last year. Very clean and tidy. Friendly and helping staff. Very organized hotel. Normal breakfasts. Near to public transportation . I enjoyed it.

Small rooms, decent service, limited facilities and poor service, definitely a no go... There are many hotels in the area, consider marmara hotel, it is gorgeous and strategic.

The spa at Ramada hotel is very nice! They have very nice clean facilities and the staff is attentive and helpful. The sauna and body wash were super relaxing.

It was my first time taking a Turkish bath and they were kind enough to explain to me how it is done.

There are 2 different types of saunas that you can use in order to get you ready for your bath.

You get to relax and lay down while they clean and scrub you body leaving you feeling clean and smooth.

If you are in the mood to be pampered and want to have a relaxing experience I would definitely recommend this place!

Overall is good but washroom is small and room is recemmend for 2 person not for triple..

It is not spacious with foreign tourists and large rooms.

Though the rooms are small in size, it gave us a peaceful stay.. and enjoyed the sauna and Steam baths.. breakfast included some traditional and continental cuisines. It was good.

Ramada is best hotel in Istanbul with amazing place and their hospitality is also great.

Clean hotel, good staff, very close to Taksim Square and also very close to the bus station coming from Sabiha airport, but they are not bound to book. I asked for a large bed and they gave me a room with two beds.

This hotel is nice and clean and the staff are eager to help. The dining is adequate. There is a nice pool, sauna, and bath facility in the basement. It is not necessarily a luxury hotel, but it is a nice place to stay in a convenient location.

Unfortunately for two nights I could not sleep because of the noise and the loud voices coming out of the rooms and the sounds of the lock and open the doors of the rooms strongly as there is the smell of smoke .. And continue to talk in the corridor with high voices. I called the information .. several times yesterday night and today but the noise continued ...

Staff is very concerned. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good. They made us a donut box because we could not reach the early breakfast in the morning, thanks for everything.

Location is excellent close to Taksim square, rooms are very small, breakfast is very standard same everyday. Room night charge is very high competing with the room size,cleanness and other facilities.

Let me start with the staff very helpful n warm n always with smile on from room service to housekeeping to front office. Room service is good n very quick. Breakfast is gud. The best part is location. Everything around the hotel is open till late taxi's to groceries to souvenir shops to shisha n food cafes, u name it is around. And just 200 meters away from Taksim square n 250 meters from istikal street. Indian restaurant less than 50 meters.

We did not stay at the hotel only used the spa massage section. As far as I understand there are too many Arab customers there was a banner about live performance scenes upon arrival. They were all Arabic and Arabic singers. The spa and massage parlor needs to be renovated old. I'm just going to the Sabrina masseur. Don't let them worry

We went to the SPA test. Balinese masseuses. The girls are doing a wonderfully beautiful massage. They are very good. Good sauna, shock pool. We didn't like the steam bath. There's a lot of steam, and there's nothing to wet your seat in. a bit old but would recommend in general sense. Masseuses very good

I did not stay at the hotel only received spa service. The pool was unbelievably cold so no one swam. There is no shampoo, soap etc but they do provide towels.

I came to Zen spa for the first time. I liked it very much. I bought a massage package. Thank you for the interest of Cihan Bey and Soner.

This review is only for the Zen spa which is located at B3 level of the hotel. I purchased a yakala coupon for a 50 minute massage. The price was more than acceptable and my masseuse was just great! She spoke a bit English which helped me as I spoke no Turkish. Place was very clean and staff are very friendly. I recommend and I was sad I didnt have more time to enjoy the rest of the spa amenities. Hope I will be back in the future.
