Staff r nice, hotel location is very close to famous attractions but the hotel is a bit old and its design is so classic

The reception man called me after midnight to ask me to grap a drink and come to my room .. truly terrible experience do not go there

Not maintained bathrooms old bed linens dirty matress ++++

The main door of the hotel is automatic and it's in circular shape it's dangerous for luggage overall hotel condition is good but in my room have some problems with bathroom ....

The hotel is generally good, the rooms are small in general, breakfast buffet is not renewed and not high standard, the service is weak inside the hotel, the hotel is in a lively area gives the hotel some importance

Room size is good but cabinet is small, also toilet are not comfortable. There is problem with the wall as you can hear you neighbors and nocking on doors as it is your door. Reception staff are cooperative.

Four stars I would not give. Such a nice three star hotel. convenient location. Near the bus stop to the airport.

The rooms are clean, but very small. The service was excellent The staff were friendly and selfless but the reception staff could not say the same. Generally clean hotel.ve close to everything.

Very conveniently located. The Havabus from both IST and SAW airports stops just 20 meters from the hotel. The room size was little small and strangely they wind up the breakfast sharp at 10

Our experience with Ramada Taksim was excellent, the hotel is near from Taksim Square and Istaqlal street. Good breakfast, food restaurants and all kind of facilities available nearby.

Best hotel in Taksim Square region in terms of prices, customer service, cleanliness and decor. I would definitely recommend it as I have stayed there twice.

I checked out yesterday.. I went down for breakfast and a little walk with family when i came back there was a housekeeper smoking in my room and he said sorry I thought you left .. what an excuse and the receptionist did nothing .. because it s winter the AC is on hot you can t choose whether you like or not

I only used the spa section. It was pretty good overall. I would recommend massages clean, good environment.

They have taken all precautions regarding Covid-19.

Please don't try..staff very rude, reception behave like bouncer, water only one liter a day even you have two kids, breakfast every day same...

Close to Taksim Square but not suitable for families.

If you have an extra bed, there is no space for luggage.

Very nice service is provided by the sauna after the steam and shocking people are coming to the self-massage after the massage and face mask is finishing helps everyone I like very much

Rooms are fine, clean, not charming but standard. Breakfast was a bit mehhh for me. For ex., Coffee could be much better and why is a soft boiled egg charged extra when it's a buffet? The servers looked tired, some are friendly, some less - that could be a language and/or culture barrier and it seems the management asks too much (long hours, no rest, how can anyone be perky). Lobby could be better lit and more cozy. However, the biggest problem was that despite it being cool outside the bedroom was 26 degrees Celsius! A/C is not available in the non-summer months, which is a problem. A 4 star hotel should have the option to cool/heat the room as wished. The great things - all the help from the front desk - advice/help for tours etc. Be kind to your staff Ramada, the price paid/room should go to them too!
