Stunning views of the surroundings, a total of 22 floors of happiness! Gym plus. And yes, I haven t eaten such a delicious breakfast for a long time! Will definitely be back again and again ...

Nice hotel, clean rooms, very attentive staff on the counter. Rated 4 stars, only because of the staff in the restaurant. Refused to serve me glass of water and asked me to buy a bottle, so eventually I went to the room just to sip some . Also impatient when see your plate is almost empty , they tent to remove it from the table without even ask you about it. Maybe they were trained like this, who knows, but this is what put you off

Impeccable. The cleanliness of the room, the speed and quality of service very pleased, the kitchen is wonderful. Conducted here a conference, the hotel went under it perfectly. After staying at the hotel there were only positive emotions.

At first glance, a pleasant place. However, navigating through the hotel is not entirely obvious.

We stayed in this hotel from the 11th to the 16th of December, 2018. Great impressions left !!! Even before settling in the negotiation period, booking managers liked their attentive and cautious attitude (especially Elshan). Very much helped by a free transfer from and to the airport and to the city center (thanks to Alexander and Vasily, very friendly and pleasant!). Separate respect to the staff at the reception: Elizabeth, Julia and a nice guy (I forgot the name !! ) - good !!! The rooms are clean, the kitchen is excellent in the restaurant. All liked it! This hotel is impeccably clean, the staff is superbly polite and helpful, and most of the staff (over 90%) speak English. When I left Kiev and checked out of the hotel and several hours later when I arrived to Rivne, I realized that I left a bunch of my cash in the room safe. They not only recovered it but they safe-guarded it till I returned to Kiev 3 days later. This action alone would make me rate them the highest, but because they are super great in every other aspects, from 1 to 10, I elect to rate them on the level of over 100. *smile*

I would like to thank the hotel stuff from the manager to the housekeepers for the amazing service that they gave me.
Starting from day one with the beautiful receptionist and the complimentary upgrade they gave me.
The stuff are so nice and u cant stop smiling from happiness because of the way the treat the guests.
I will defiantly choose this hotel over and over again and will recommend anyone to try it to see what am saying.

4 quiet elevators, all mirror, is a good first impression. The room was clean, 4 towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, water, well, the language for living is . Separate a comfortable bed with nice pillows to the touch. The buffet also did not give up, the assortment is satisfactory. The staff caught adequate, left a good "after taste"

Comfortable hotel, delicious cuisine, some cool rooms on the upper floors, so the staff gave an electric convector, which is not entirely safe. Near the conference hall, cinema, supermarket. The staff is friendly and professional. Prices, as for me too high, apartment studio apartment with more comfortable conditions will cost less.

Modern hotel with nice rooms, different sized rooms. The hotel is well suited for conferences and events of different levels. From minus-far away from the city center. Without a car is not very convenient to get. Service is good, tasty food.

Hotel liked. Large and spacious. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The kitchen is on top. Sri Lankan chefs work wonders.

It seemed to me that the kitchen is a feature of this hotel, since I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel every time I have the pleasure of having a tasty lunch, a lot and +/- useful.

The rooms are excellent, everything you need is available. It was clean, warm and comfortable.

Good hotel, rooms are cozy, bed and sofa, TV, kettle, safe, towels, slippers, Breakfast is good, potatoes, cereal, sausages, eggs, bread, juices, sweets, jams, tea, coffee, everything you need for a hearty breakfast, We lived with our family on the 9th floor. The hotel staff is blowing strongly from the window. The hotel staff needs to pay attention to this, because the snow has covered a lot, and the strong wind blows very much. so that the map would be magnetized, They said it happens - it demagnetized, my husband had the same situation in the evening , But they quickly fixed everything, the girls at the reception were smiling politely, for me this face of the hotel is met and seen off ... One minus shower is not comfortable, did not spend money on bathrooms or showers (photo attached) ,,, Prices high for a hotel 4 *.

On the second and third floors near the elevator are awkwardly located soft pouffes, through which I twice overwritten.

I really liked everything. The room is excellent, the food is delicious, the service is super, pleasant, the human attitude of the staff. We were very pleased)

The hotel is close to the airport & that can be helpful to many. However the way they operate dose not give any felling of hospitality, definitely not up to 4* category. Starting from the room I can say it s a clean room with nice bed but not so nice pillows. There is 4 pillows on a clearly small bed just enough for 1person. Don t understand the concept of 4 pillows as they have no use during the sleep. (the reason I can think of having 4 is to find the one which it s is proper to sleep as the quality of the pillows is bad). In the morning with the 1st sunshine there is a surprise waiting for you, depending on which room U are the sun or the sunlight will wake u up as it comes straight into your eyes. The mgmt have thought of something very smart, to apply Velcro to the current & the wall in order to shut the light out! The idea would have worked if the HK making sure that the Velcro is well attended, but am not sure they know it dose even exists. Going to the toilets I would say is a fair quality of toilet with enough amenities. However if u step into the shower the problem starts, there is no place to keep a shop or shower gel. The only option is on the floor (4*?) I order room service and I would say until the order come up to my room everything went as expected. I had a burger, how wrong can you go with that! The only sauce with the burger was ketchup on the side of the plate & nothing on the burger. I asked the waiter if she could bring me some mayonnaise & she replied it s finished & she left. I didn t want to argue with her, I just went to the supermarket attached to the hotel & bought some. Earlier on the day I called the reception to tell me how the room heater work as coming form a hot country I was feeling cold. She said they will bring someone to my room, 2 ladies from HK came trying to do something, they said something in Russian (which I don t understand & am supposedly a guest to their hotel & left) I thought they manage to turn it on but 20 min later the room was the same cold. I called once again the reception & they told me the heater is not working in any of the rooms as it is only for the winter. However, this time they asked me if I wanted a portable heater which they brought (wondering again y she didn t try to help the 1st time)<br/>Coming to the breakfast. I can say they have an interesting quantity of items but they really lack on quality. Let s start with the bread old old old old not sure how many days they are using the same loaf. Despite on that I think they only have 2 types of bread, am not sure thought cause the sign just says bread . Am wondering if anyone not only form the kitchen but the restaurant or the mgmt have ever thought in their hotel mighty have guest that are gluten free or simply guest that don t eat white bread. Going on to the juice, I would expect to have a machine with a fresh orange juice or just fresh orange juice which is essential to a good breakfast. Yet am asking the hostess if there is fresh juice & she tells me Yes . Both of the juice apple & orange comes from a package below the dispenser. Hard to believe she never show that. Another quality observation is that even thought they have the equipment to keep the temperature of the food on the accepted levels they don t use them (far from a 4* hotel). Just to give an example, that the eye will pop out to anyone having a basic knowledge of F&B. The toaster machine that it s really hot is just next to the yogurts which they suppose to be on chill temperatures. Nobody has notice this? Furthermore, in a country that tea is in their daily costume u would expect to see few chooses of tea, although there is only one! Black tea (4*?). Last wile am writing this comments seating in the restaurant one of the Indian nationals passes in front of me putting a fork and a knife on the napkin poke for the breakfast holding them from the top and not from the bottom handle. I don t want to know what he was doing before that.

Was 2 times, including at the opening (stayed overnight). I can't say that everything was perfect, but close to that.
What catches the eye is an absolutely democratic approach in everything - from the staff, which is very important. This allows you to feel comfortable during your stay at the hotel.

Modern hotel from the international network. Campaign 4 *. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, good cuisine. At the reception there is a recommendation from the Auditor.

Good, simple, clean, great breakfast! Hotel for conferences! Minus the taxi call) to the hotel calls the hotel + 60 to the price list and the most expensive is loved by the loved ones.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is timeless and provides assistance as needed. Breakfast - Buffet breakfast. There is a room for ironing. Of the minuses - at such a price a small number. The rest is okay.

Good hotel. The rooms are modern. The room has everything you need, sound insulation is good. If someone does not know, then the magnetic key of the room can not be kept near the mobile - it demagnetizes from this. The breakfasts are great! Near a large shopping center. In the hall there is a cash dispenser ATM. Of the minuses: the hotel is located far away, the rooms are not very good ventilation.

PROS:
Reasonably clean hotel. The girls at the reception are very welcoming and polite. We were quickly settled. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Clean bedding. Rumservice - great. The order from the restaurant to the room was delivered very quickly. The breakfasts in general are not bad. You will not stay hungry for sure! Near the hotel is a good shopping center. In general, I can recommend this hotel to friends.

MINUSES:
Poorly regulated water in the shower. The room did not have enough information about the hotel and its services. There was no menu in the room, the price list for services in the spa center. I had to call and ask for more. At breakfast, the coffee machine did not work, and so wanted a cappuccino. But I think this is a temporary phenomenon and we just had no luck.
