Near the petronas twin tower and healthy ones can walk back and forth without additional transport requirements. The place is well maintained and good staff to assist. Highly recommended.

Great hotel for people working near Ampang park area, walkable distance

The room was very nice but the service was lacking. It took a minimum of 12 hours for plates to be removed from where they were left outside of the room. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival and the food downstairs and the room service that was available left nothing further to be desired.

Good: Excellent customer service and staff. Very clean spacious rooms. Good restaurants. Real comfortable bed and pillows. Ok gym and pool. Breakfast semi ok designed for Asian taste but the coffee is terrible. Excellent location. Laundry room available.

Bad: room stinks with cigarette smoke coming through ventilation from lower floors or neighboring rooms smoking in their bathrooms. Keep your bathroom fan on at all times. If you bail out of breakfast, rate doesn t change. No electric plug near your bed to charge your phone. Limited channels tv mostly non English. Rooms furniture could use some renovation or upgrade.

A very comfy and homey hotel. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable. There is a pantry that makes it easy for long stay guests. The service is very good. Many breakfast variations.

Very comfort and spacious room. You are also authorize to cook in the room. So functional.

(-) Hotel is separated by a highway from the rest, items in the room are not so clean.

Rooms are spacious but eed maintenance. Breakfast was good. Check out experience not good. Request for weighing machine; was asked to bring luggage down and weigh.

We have stayed in an apartment in Micasa Hotel for two nights, and one of the doormen stole my wallet. I am sure it was one of them because while I was at reception I paid a small tip to one of them and put the wallet in a special zip in my backpack. My husband had just checked out and the doormen were putting our bags in the car. Only these two men saw where I put my wallet. When I reached the airport I discovered that the wallet was stolen. What is really disappointing is that I complained to the hotel they never called me back and when I called again they would not even listen to me, and said that they have people working there for a long time and that they are not thieves. My wallet is gone, but the culprit is still working at MiCasa All Suite hotel.

What is happening here ??? I just called to book some rooms. Sunday 10.30am. Answer : Sorry reservations is closed. Call back tomorrow. Best answer ever !!!

Great service. Friendly staff. Great room & facilities. Like the pool & view from the room. Large room. Very calming view of the pool. Definitely will be my family first choice hotel. Look forward for another visit to the hotel again.

I only come for Deli sandwiches. Very nice !!!! Should try for Cilantro Restaurant also. A very nice and famous Chef Takashi is there.

It is a very nice, large pool, fast elevator, good restaurantand facilities, next to us embassy in the business, local area night markets all within a $5.00 taxi ride.

We stayed at Micasa on 10th September 2016 to celebrate daughter s birthday. Birthday celebration went flawless. The sit down set western dinner was so good compliments to the chef who took great pains to concoct the splendid menu.
Our 1-night stay was wonderful.

Good hotel strategically located close to USA embassy. Located off the main road so not too busy in the concrete jungle. Good continental buffet at reasonable prices. Staff helpful n polite Rooms are big, clean n comfortable. No real complaints. Will come back next time in kl.

Not so expensive but near to perfect room among all hotel. Room very comfort and convinient. Very clean, fast services, Large refrigerator, kitchen, good view all around building. Good breakfast with a lot variation.
