We stayed in this hotel from the 11th to the 16th of December, 2018. Great impressions left !!! Even before settling in the negotiation period, booking managers liked their attentive and cautious attitude (especially Elshan). Very much helped by a free transfer from and to the airport and to the city center (thanks to Alexander and Vasily, very friendly and pleasant!). Separate respect to the staff at the reception: Elizabeth, Julia and a nice guy (I forgot the name !! ) - good !!! The rooms are clean, the kitchen is excellent in the restaurant. All liked it!
