The room is clean .
I think this hotel is better for people want to stay some days in beirut.

Excellent service, standard rooms are clean and well-equipped. Room service is timely but the available snacks and meals are not impressive compared to other hotels in the same area. Nightly fares are generally ok, considering the very good location, in downtown Beirut - next to the M1 building.

I had mixed feelings at first, but the staff were attentive (though sometimes passive, maybe just relaxed) and did help address my needs.

My room was spacious, bed was great, but the pillows were narrow.

The hotel is central and close to most touristic spots in the center of Beirut. 5 minute walk in any direction, great for avoiding extra taxi fees and traffic delays.

The staff: Diana, Hadi and Naji are great.

Thank you Ramada

Mmm. the hotel is clean and nice, still new and some things still missing and some of the staff still need training, security are not nice, they are lazy and pleasssse not alll the guest are terrorists!!!
no view or swimming pool yet
the hotel is near to the downtown
breakfast is ok and chef is going for food quality orange is the best
the interior designer and the engineer of the hotel is not up to the challenge. ( no sign for the hotel entrance and the parking design is really bad
inside the room it is clean nice and everything you need is available and the AC and lighting is good but no sanitary bag inside the bathroom! and ( shatafeh ) is dirty.
one last note, why do i have to pay 10 dollars every night i stay here or even 1 dollar for hotel parking! i am a hotel guest. i have rented a room here i should have my own free parking for my car, this is wrong, Ramada chain management should not allow such behavior
finally as a guest i didn't feel that what i have paid for the hotel is worth it, i could pay the same amount of money somewhere else and enjoy more

the only positive ting about this hotel is that its located in the downtown with an affordable price , other then that its a total FIASCO.

No parking , not that clean room , and the noises in the area especially construction.

Not highly recommended.

Bad service the night shift employers don't want to help you in anything you have to order what you want several times & sometimes they lie to you.
Security show off near the hotel because of a ex Prime Minister building next to their hotel

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Beirut! Upon arrival i were warmly welcomed by the staff and Head of Sales Rashad, i was upgraded to partial sea view high floor. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and Valet Employee deserves a special thanks.

Ramada Downtown, Bairut is the best available option in Bairut, second can be Crown Plaza so there are not many 5/4 star hotels here.

Has a bigger lobby in comp to Crown Plaza. Rooms are fairly good and restaurant is also one of the best.

A very nice sitting space outside Ramada entry for a nice of coffee, tea or smoke breaks.
Over all 8/10

Good hotel. Conveniently located near the old town. Just get to the promenade. In terms of price - quality, optimal. For breakfast, the choice of dishes is big. The rooms are clean, comfortable, the bathroom is a bit small. Large balcony, overlooking the city and the sea.

Excellent value for money - it s in one of the most upscale neighbourhoods in Beirut. Just down the street from the five star hotels and shopping. Lots of very chic cafes and restaurants around the corner. Would definitely stay here again for the location. Only downside was the hotel WiFi was very slow

Very nice place to stay. Sea front is 10 minutes walk away and all the major attractions are not very far from the hotel. Hotel was very clean and bright. Staff is very helpfull specially the Manager. Room size was very reasonable with decent storage space. Highly recommended

Nice beach in Batroun. You pay 5000 L. L to get a sunbed. In weekends the music is very loud but it is nice if you like beach parties! There is lebanese food and all types of drinks.
