I can t even give it a 1 star! Very very very bad experience! The hotel staff is very disrespectful the room service was really bad! My room door was broken it never works also after calling the technicals 3 times and was never fixed the Ac was always hot I couldn t sleep and I requested the staff to change my room 3 times but they ignored my requests! I will never book at the Ramada Downtown Beirut again never!

Good location, excellent, close to Beirut Central District, Beirut Souk, Marina, Al Bahar and even Hamra.
Spacious clean rooms. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the sea and Beirut.
The internet is very slow.

Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, mattress and pillows.. I like the colors combination in a room I was staying in. Staff are helpful but not friendly (maybe just by chance and my bad luck they were in a bad mood )

This hotel is underrated, the hotel is located in downtown Beirut which is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel rate is a little higher than the service you get, but it's compensated by the location. The hotel staff are friendly and they allow early and late check-out on availability.

The best location in Beirut for the price. So convenient to all nice shops, cafes, restaurants, and Beirut Souk (shopping mall). Can definitely improve the broken lock on the sliding door and perfumed filled AC. Room was otherwise very comfortable with helpful staff. Little hard to find due to the one way street, even local taxi had to ask around. Worth staying for the price.

It was the worst experience ever I came after a long trip,! We have waited for more than hour to get our room which was not the one we booked! We got double twin bed instead of king size bed. They gave us the only room Available the view of the room was horrible in front of a destroyed building! Disapointing for such hotel ! The room had a bad smell and not cleaned at all ! We had no service and hospitality, we asked to leave because of that and the employees did not try to understand why we were leaving or neither help us to get any other room ., we paid for the room car parking and we did not even stay there !!! it was such a bad experience and will never recommend this hotel to anyone !!!!!!

The worst internet speed ever anywhere in the world!!! Stable 0.70 mb/sec. explanation by reception: many guests using it. Duh!!! Each hotel has its many guests using it! Plus it always gets disconnected or you have to restart WiFi in order for it to resume work.
