This has been such an opportunity and I am very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism that I have been met with to resolve my complaint. I will go back to Ramacieri Soligo anytime.

Original review: Awful return policy. We spent a total of $14,000 on tiles for our renovations. After we were finished we had 3 unopened boxes in excess. Ramacieri refused to take them back because we didn t return them within 30 days of purchase.
